Today I cooked keto zucchini spaghetti and was pleasantly surprised! I was going to cook a rabbit, but they ate all our keto pasta as a separate dish! I rarely make side dishes on a keto diet, but I liked this keto recipe. Add grated cheese and greens and generally fluff. And so, perfect for meat, fish, poultry! I liked the squash spaghetti so much that I decided to make carbonara and I will definitely post the recipe in the near future!
Step-by-step keto recipes are our profile, but this side dish is just two steps and 10 minutes for everything. By the way, it will do as vegetarian keto recipes, and as vegan keto recipes too. You can just add any ingredients of your choice. Whole walnuts, for example

Spaghetti from zucchini should be soft, but not falling apart. Sprinkle with salt and pepper at the end

Chicken liver casserole for the keto diet – calories, composition, description
Ingredients of the recipe “Chicken liver casserole for the keto diet”:
- Chicken liver – 500 gr.
- Egg – 3 pcs.
- Milk – 70 ml.
- Cheese – 50 gr.
- Garlic – 2 teeth
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 20 gr.
- Salt – 5 gr.
- Parsley – 20 gr.
- Water – 30 ml.
Keto Chicken Liver Casserole (per 100 grams):
Calories: 153.9 kcal.
Proteins: 15.2 gr.
Fats: 9.6 gr.
Carbs: 1.4 gr.
Servings: 4
How to Make Keto Chicken Liver Casserole
- Add peeled chicken liver to boiling salted water. Add bay leaf, cook until tender, drain in a colander.
- Beat the eggs with a fork.
- Add milk, grated cheese, chopped garlic, salt to the eggs, mix well.
- Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the pieces of the liver. Pour over egg mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until done (30 minutes).
A recipe for those who have been on keto for a long time and are not in the task of losing weight.
To boil the liver, take 1 liter of water, after cooking, drain the excess water.
