Structure of the Male Reproductive System – Men’s Health Issues

The male reproductive system includes the penis, scrotum, testes, epididymis, vas deferens, prostate, and seminal vesicles.

  • The penis and the urethra are part of the urinary and reproductive systems.

  • The scrotum, testes (testicles), epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, and prostate comprise the rest of the reproductive system.

The penis consists of the root (which is attached to the lower abdominal structures and pelvic bones), the visible part of the shaft, and the glans penis (the cone-shaped end). The opening of the urethra (the channel that transports semen and urine) is located at the tip of the glans penis. The base of the glans penis is called the corona. In uncircumcised males, the foreskin (prepuce) extends from the corona to cover the glans penis.

The penis includes three cylindrical spaces (blood-filled sinuses) of erectile tissue. The two larger ones, the corpora cavernosa, lie side by side. The third sinus, the corpus spongiosum, surrounds most of the urethra. When these spaces fill with blood, the penis becomes large and rigid (erect).

The scrotum is the thick-skinned sac that surrounds and protects the testes. The scrotum also acts as a climate-control system for the testes because they need to be slightly cooler than body temperature for normal sperm development. The cremaster muscles in the wall of the scrotum relax to allow the testes to hang farther from the body to cool or contract to pull the testes closer to the body for warmth or protection.

The testes are oval bodies that average about 1.5 to 3 inches (4 to 7 centimeters) in length and 2 to 3 teaspoons (20 to 25 milliliters) in volume. Usually the left testis hangs slightly lower than the right one. The testes have two primary functions:

  • Producing sperm (which carry the man’s genes)

  • Producing testosterone (the primary male sex hormone)

The epididymis consists of a single coiled microscopic tube that measures almost 20 feet (6 meters) in length. The epididymis collects sperm from the testis and provides the environment for sperm to mature and acquire the ability to move through the female reproductive system and fertilize an ovum. One epididymis lies against each testis.

The vas deferens is a firm tube (the size of a strand of spaghetti) that transports sperm from the epididymis. One such duct travels from each epididymis to the back of the prostate and joins with one of the two seminal vesicles. In the scrotum, other structures, such as muscle fibers, blood vessels, and nerves, also travel along with each vas deferens and together form an intertwined structure, the spermatic cord.

The urethra serves a dual function in males. This channel is the part of the urinary tract that transports urine from the bladder and the part of the reproductive system through which semen is ejaculated.

The prostate lies just under the bladder and surrounds the urethra. Walnut-sized in young men, the prostate enlarges with age. When the prostate enlarges too much, it can block urine flow through the urethra and cause bothersome urinary symptoms.

The seminal vesicles, located above the prostate, join with the vas deferens to form the ejaculatory ducts, which travel through the prostate. The prostate and the seminal vesicles produce fluid that nourishes the sperm. This fluid provides most of the volume of semen, the fluid in which the sperm is expelled during ejaculation. Other fluid that makes up a very small amount of the semen comes from the vas deferens and from Cowper glands in the urethra.

Male Sexual Anatomy | Penis, Scrotum and Testicles

Sexual anatomy that’s typically called male includes your penis and scrotum (external male genitalia) and internal reproductive organs like the testicles.

What are the external parts?

Your penis and scrotum are the two parts of the male (or what’s typically called male) external sex anatomy (outside your body).

Your penis is made of 3 layers of spongy tissue. When you get turned on, blood fills these tissues. This makes your penis get harder and stand up, which is also called getting an erection or hard-on.

The average size of an adult erect (hard) penis is 5 to 7 inches long. The size of your penis when it’s flaccid (soft) doesn’t have much to do with its size when it’s hard. Some penises get much bigger when they get hard. Others stay pretty much the same size.

About half of all penises in the US are circumcised, and half are uncircumcised (still have foreskin) — so both types are common. Some people call circumcised penises “cut,” and uncircumcised penises “uncut.”

Every penis looks a little different. For example, some curve like a banana when they’re hard. Others are straighter. All penises have the same parts though:

  • Glans
Your glans is also called the head or tip of your penis. The opening of your urethra is here. This is where pre-ejaculate (precum) and semen (cum) come out of, and it’s where you pee out of. For many people, it’s the most sensitive part of the penis.

  • Shaft
The shaft of your penis extends from the tip to where it connects to your lower belly. It looks like a tube. Your urethra is inside the shaft.

  • Foreskin
The foreskin is a patch of skin that covers and protects the head (AKA glans). When your penis gets hard, the foreskin pulls back and the tip is exposed. Sometimes foreskin is circumcised (when a doctor surgically removes your foreskin) soon after birth, so not everyone has it.

  • Frenulum
The frenulum is where your foreskin meets the underside of your penis. It looks like a small V just below the head. Usually part of it remains after circumcision. And for many people, it’s very sensitive.

Other external parts include:

  • Scrotum
The scrotum (AKA ballsack) is the sac of skin that hangs below your penis. Your scrotum holds your testicles and keeps them at the right temperature. If it’s too cold, your scrotum pulls your testicles closer to your body. If it’s too warm, your testicles hang away from your body.

Your scrotum is covered with wrinkly skin and hair. Your scrotum can be big or small, have a little or a lot of hair, and vary in color. Some people’s scrotum is larger on one side than the other.

The scrotum is super sensitive, so any hitting or twisting is extremely painful. But many people like having their scrotum gently touched during sex.

  • Anus
The anus (AKA butthole) is the opening to your rectum. The anus has lots of sensitive nerve endings, so some people experience sexual pleasure from anal stimulation.

What are the internal parts?

The internal parts of male sex anatomy are made up of:

  • Testicles
The testicles (AKA balls) are 2 ball-like glands inside your scrotum. They make sperm and hormones like testosterone.

  • Epididymis
The epididymis is a tube where your sperm matures. It connects each testicle to each vas deferens. And it holds your sperm before you ejaculate (come).

  • Vas Deferens
A vas deferens is a long, narrow tube that carries sperm from the epididymis to the seminal vesicles when you ejaculate (come). There are 2 of them — one connected to each epididymis.

  • Seminal Vesicles
Seminal vesicles are 2 small organs that produce semen, the fluid that sperm moves around in. They’re located below your bladder.

  • Prostate Gland
The prostate gland makes a fluid that helps your sperm move. It’s about the size of a walnut or golf ball. The prostate gland is sensitive to pressure or touch in a way that many people find pleasurable.

  • Cowper’s glands
The Cowper’s glands produce a fluid called pre-ejaculate or precum. This fluid prepares your urethra for ejaculation (coming). It reduces friction so your semen can move more easily. The Cowper’s glands are under the prostate and attach to your urethra. They’re also called bulbourethral glands.

  • Urethra
The urethra is the tube that carries urine (pee), pre-ejaculate, and semen to your urethral opening and out of your body.

  • Cremaster
The cremaster is a muscle that moves your scrotum and testicles closer to your body. This happens when you’re cold, you’re aroused, or when someone touches your inner thigh.

Male Reproductive Anatomy

Anus

The opening at the end of the digestive tract where bowel contents leave the body.

Bladder

A triangular shaped, hollow organ located in the lower abdomen. It is held in place by ligaments that are attached to other organs and the pelvic bones. The bladder’s walls relax and expand to store urine and contract and flatten to empty urine through the urethra.

Epididymis

A long tube that is located near each testicle. The epididymis is the tube in which the sperm from the testicles are removed away from the testicles.

Penis

The external reproductive organ of the male. The penis is made up of two parts, the shaft and the glans. The glans is the tip of the penis, while the shaft is the main part of the penis and contains the tube (urethra) that drains the bladder. All boys are born with a foreskin, or a covering over the tip of the penis. Some boys are circumcised, which means that this covering of skin is removed. Other boys are not circumcised and may have skin that covers the tip of the penis. If circumcision is not done the skin must be pulled back for proper cleaning.

Prostate Gland

A sex gland in men. It is about the size of a walnut, and surrounds the neck of the bladder and urethra. It is partly muscular and partly glandular, with ducts opening into the urethra. The prostate gland secretes a slightly alkaline fluid that forms part of the seminal fluid, a fluid that carries sperm.

Rectum

The lower end of the large intestine, leading to the anus.

Scrotum

The bag of skin that holds and helps to protect the testicles. The testicles make sperm, and to do this, the temperature of the testicles needs to be cooler than the inside of the body. This is why the scrotum is located outside of the body.

Seminal Vesicles

The sac-like glands that lie behind the bladder and release a fluid that forms part of semen.

Testes (Testicles)

The testes are two small organs that are found inside the scrotum. The testes are responsible for making sperm and are also involved in producing a hormone called testosterone. Testosterone is an important hormone during male development and maturation — for developing muscles, deepening the voice, and growing body hair.

Urethra

The tube that allows urine to pass outside the body.

Vas Deferens

Where the sperm is stored; a tube that carries the sperm out of the scrotal sac. The vas deferens is between the epididymis and the urethra and connects these together.

The Male Reproductive System – Sexual Health

For reproduction to occur, the female sex cell, called the egg, must be fertilized by a male sex cell, called the sperm. Not only are the sex cells different, but the organs that produce and store them are different as well.

Male Sexual Anatomy

The organs and glands that make up the male sexual anatomy include:

  • Testicles — After puberty, a man’s testicles, located at the base of the penis, produce male sex cells called sperm. Also starting at puberty, testicles produce testosterone, the male sex hormone. A man’s sperm production, once started, continues throughout his life; sexually mature males produce millions of sperm cells each day. The testicles are located below the penis, outside the body, where the appropriate temperature to make sperm may be maintained as it is several degrees too hot for sperm to be viable (able to fertilize eggs) inside the body.
  • Scrotum — The testicles are covered by a pouch of skin called the scrotum. The scrotum and the muscles surrounding it can pull the testicles toward the body when they are too cold, and relax away from the body when the testicles are too warm. The scrotum also holds the epididymis.
  • Epididymis and vas deferens — The epididymis stores the sperm after the testicles produce them, and the vas deferens transports the sperm from the epididymis to the urethra.
  • Urethra — The urethra is a duct, or tube, that transports fluids from the inside of the body to the outside. In both men and women, the urethra is connected to the bladder and is used to pass urine out of the body. In males, however, the urethra is also connected to the “accessory glands,” which produce semen, and to the vas deferens, the duct that brings the sperm from the epididymus.
  • Penis — The penis is perhaps the most visible part of the male sexual anatomy. It is made up of two parts, the shaft and the head (also called the glans.) The shaft houses the corpora cavernosa (two flexible cylinders comprised of erectile tissue that run the length of the penis and support erections), and the corpus spongiosum (erectile tissue surrounding the urethra). In its reproductive capacity, the urethral opening at the tip of the penis delivers sperm into the vagina. Urine also flows out of the body through the urethral opening.
  • Accessory glands — There are several glands that work together to produce semen, or seminal fluid. Sperm can live inside the female reproductive system for up to 48 hours, and seminal fluid helps the sperm move around and stay nourished. The seminal vesicle produces a fluid that provides energy to the sperm as they seek out the female sex cell, or the egg. The prostate gland makes a different fluid that helps the sperm move more quickly through the female reproductive system. Another set of glands, called bulbourethral or Cowper’s glands, makes a small quantity of fluid that helps protect the sperm on its way through the urethra by neutralizing any leftover traces of acidic urine.

The male reproductive system (like the female reproductive system) is a wonder of science: None of us would be here without it!

What do the male sex organs do? – InformedHealth.org

The male sex organs allow men to have children. But they have other important jobs, too: The sex organs produce hormones, control the process of boys maturing into grown men, and make sex and sexual pleasure possible. Like women, men have external and internal sex organs.

What jobs do the external sex organs do?

The external male sex organs include the penis and the scrotum. The main purpose of the external sex organs is to allow for sexual intercourse and sexual pleasure. The structure of the penis is similar to that of the female clitoris, apart from the fact that the clitoris is mostly inside the body. During the time in the womb, they both develop from the same organ.

The penis can carry and release the man’s sperm into a woman’s vagina. The round glans (head) of the penis is located at the tip of the longer shaft of the penis. It is covered with a mucous membrane. The movable foreskin (partially) covers the head of the penis. In some men, the foreskin has been shortened or removed in a medical procedure known as circumcision.

A tube called the urethra runs through the inside of the penis. Urine leaves the body through the urethra, and so does semen (the fluid that carries sperm) during ejaculation. The shaft and the head of the penis contain erectile tissues called corpora cavernosa. These tissues are like sponges. During sexual arousal, blood builds up in the corpora cavernosa until they are full and firm. This allows the penis to become erect and stiff (erection). In most men, it also becomes longer and thicker.

The scrotum is a bag of skin that surrounds the testicles, the epididymis and the start of the vas deferens.

The head of the penis and the skin on the penis, scrotum and the surrounding area contain a dense network of nerve fibers. This makes the external sex organs very sensitive. As a result, touching and rubbing this area can cause sexual arousal and increased pleasure that may lead to orgasm and trigger ejaculation.

Male sex organs, side view

What jobs do the internal sex organs do?

The main internal male sex organs include:

  • Testicles

  • Epididymis

  • Vas deferens tubes

  • Seminal vesicles

  • Prostate

The two round or egg-shaped testicles are the male reproductive glands (gonads): This is where the sperm cells are produced. Only these cells are capable of fertilizing a female egg cell. The testicles also produce the male sex hormone testosterone. They start to develop inside the abdominal cavity of a male embryo. As the embryo grows, they drop down out of the abdominal cavity and into the scrotum through the inguinal canals.

A worm-shaped epididymis is attached to each testicle. The epididymis takes the sperm cells from the testicles and allows them to mature into sperm that can move. The mature sperm are stored in the epididymis until the next ejaculation.

Both of the thin vas deferens tubes lead from the epididymis to the prostate. There they join the urethra tube, through which sperm can leave the body.

Just before the vas deferens tubes reach the urethra, they pass by the seminal vesicles. The seminal vesicles produce a fluid that mixes with the sperm cells to form semen. One part of the semen is produced by smaller glands near the base of the urethra and in the prostate. During ejaculation, the muscles in the pelvic floor contract. This causes the semen to be squirted out of the urethra. The released semen is called ejaculate (or “come”).

What possible problems can occur?

Various problems may occur if the male sex organs change or are affected by medical conditions:

  • Pain, for example constant or only during sex

  • Itching, red skin and swelling

  • Discharge from the urethra

  • Burning sensation and difficulties urinating (peeing), urinary retention

  • Painful, long-lasting erection (priapism)

  • Hormonal imbalances

Some men experience problems related to other underlying conditions – such as erection problems in men who have diabetes. Other men have problems because changes occur in only a single organ, such as a benign enlarged prostate.

In general, problems in the genital area can be caused by many different things, such as viral, bacterial or fungal infections. Typical examples include genital warts, inflammation of the head of the penis (balanitis) or inflammations caused by sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhea.

As a result of developmental disorders or malformations, the testicles may not drop down from the abdominal cavity into the scrotum before birth. This can cause infertility. If the foreskin – which is still attached to the head of the penis in young boys – does not loosen during the first few years of the boy’s life, he will have a tight foreskin (phimosis). In some men, the connective tissue in the penis becomes hardened and tight, causing the penis to curve.

Problems are often associated with the blood vessels, too. Varicose veins on the testicles (varicoceles) can cause swelling, pain and infertility, for instance. One testicle can become painfully twisted and then no longer get a proper supply of blood. If that happens, some testicle tissue may die off. Erection problems are often caused by chronically damaged blood vessels in the penis.

If an erect penis is suddenly bent sharply or squashed, the blood-filled erectile tissue may become damaged. This can cause major bruising (“penile fracture”).

Non-cancerous growths may occur in tissue like the skin or the connective tissue of the penis or scrotum. They may also develop in the gland tissue of the internal male sex organs, like the testicles or the epididymis. The most common cancerous tumors that affect the male sex organs include prostate cancer, testicular cancer and skin cancer on the penis. Tumors on the penis often develop due to abnormal changes in skin cells or mucous membrane cells. Known as dysplasia, these changes make the cells multiply faster than normal. Dyplasia on the penis is also called penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN).

The male reproductive system | Male Sexual Organs

Several different organs and structures make up the male reproductive system. These include:

The scrotum, or scrotal sac. This is the loose bag of skin which hangs under the main body cavity between the upper thighs. It is divided into two, and each side contains one testicle (testis).

The testicles (testes). There are two testes. Each is an egg-shaped structure located in the scrotum. The testes produce sperm and also produce male hormones. The testes start developing inside the body cavity in a growing baby (fetus). About two months before a male baby is born, the testes start to drop down into the scrotal sacs. Because they are outside the main body cavity the testes are slightly cooler. This difference in temperature helps sperm production.

The epididymis. This is the tube attached to the testis where sperm is stored.

The vas deferens. This is the tube which carries the sperm from the epididymis. It may also be called the sperm duct. It meets a tube from the seminal vesicle (see below) to form a short tube called the ejaculatory duct. This then opens into the urethra, which is the tube that takes the sperm outside the body.

The accessory sex glands. There are three glands which produce fluids that mix with the sperm to make up semen. Semen is the liquid which is ejected from the penis during ejaculation. The three glands are located close to the bladder and are called:

  • The seminal vesicles
  • The prostate gland. The prostate gland lies just beneath the bladder (see diagram). It is normally about the size of a chestnut.
  • The bulbourethral glands

The penis. The penis has a single tube in it called the urethra. There are three main parts of the penis – the root, body and glans. The root is the part attached to the skin at the top of the scrotum. The body of the penis is made up of a spongy type of tissue, which swells when blood enters during an erection. The glans penis is the slightly larger area towards the end of the penis and contains the opening of the urethra.

The urethra. This is the tube which passes from the bladder down the penis to the outside. It carries both urine and semen.

What does the male reproductive system do?

The main function is to give men the ability to fertilise a woman’s egg (ovum) by producing and delivering semen. The testicles (testes) also make hormones which help men develop the characteristics associated with being male. This includes:

  • The development of hair in a male distribution – for example, on the chest, under the arms, on the face and in the pubic area.
  • Enlargement of the penis.
  • Deepening of the voice.
  • Muscle growth.
  • Bone growth and increased height.

How does the male reproductive system work?

During puberty, the level of a hormone called gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) increases. GnRH is produced in a part of the brain called the hypothalamus. In turn this causes an increase in the production of two hormones from another part of the brain, called the pituitary gland. These hormones are called luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). LH in the bloodstream causes cells in the testicles (testes) to make and release testosterone, the main male hormone.

FSH and testosterone work together to stimulate the testes to produce sperm. Each sperm cell takes between 65-75 days to form and around 300 million are produced every day. Inside the testes sperm is made in structures called the seminiferous tubules. At the top and to the back of each testicle (testis) is the epididymis, which stores sperm.

Leading from the epididymis is the vas deferens. The vas deferens carries sperm towards the penis. Along the way it joins other tubes and during ejaculation collects fluids from the accessory sex glands. The mixture of sperm and fluids from the accessory sex glands is called semen. About two thirds of the volume of semen come from the seminal vesicles. The semen is then passed into the urethra.

When sexually aroused, a number of changes occur inside the penis. The arteries supplying the penis get bigger, allowing more blood to enter its tissues. The extra blood flow causes the penis to enlarge and to become more rigid. The extra blood flow plus signals from the nervous system and chemical changes cause an erection.

Ejaculation is the term for the contractions that release semen. This is a reflex action, which means it is not consciously controlled. As part of the reflex action, the opening that drains the bladder is closed. This means that urine is not released at the same time as semen. The volume of semen in a typical ejaculation is between 2.5-5 millilitres (mL). There are normally more than 20 million sperm in each mL of semen. During sexual intercourse, the penis of the male enters the vagina of the female, carrying the sperm to the neck of the womb (cervix) to fertilise the woman’s egg.

Some disorders of the male reproductive system

How the male reproductive system works

WHAT HORMONES REGULATE THE MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

?

The male reproductive system is primarily dependent on three hormones. Luteinizing (LH) and follicle-stimulating (FSH) hormones are produced by the pituitary gland, a gland located at the base of the brain. FSH stimulates sperm formation, LH stimulates testosterone synthesis.

Testosterone is necessary for the production of sperm, as well as the emergence of secondary sexual characteristics: increased muscle mass, male body hair growth, sex drive for women, low voice, etc.

HOW IS Sperm FORMED?

The production of sperm is called spermatogenesis. It can only occur under the influence of hormones, therefore, until puberty (12-16 years old), the boy’s body is not able to produce sperm.

When testosterone levels rise in a teenager’s body, spermatogonia, special stem cells in the testes, are activated. They turn into spermatocytes. These cells contain a double set of chromosomes, after division, secondary spermatocytes are formed from them, containing one set of chromosomes.

A person has two sex chromosomes – X and Y. The egg can only contain the X chromosome. The sperm is either X or Y. If the egg is fertilized by a sperm with a Y chromosome, it turns out a boy, if with X – a girl.

Sperm cells are formed from spermatocytes. The complex process of sperm formation does not end there. Sperm cells go through a process known as spermogenesis. Their tails grow back, and they acquire the features characteristic of spermatozoa. After maturing in the epididymis, they are ready to leave the man’s body in search of an egg.

A mature sperm cell can move at a speed of 20 cm per hour. And this despite the fact that its length is 0.05 mm.

DO MEN HAVE MENOPAUSE?

The term “menopause” refers to the cessation of menstruation in women. This is due to a drop in the level of sex hormones. Normally, this should not happen in the male body. The testicles can produce sperm at 80 or older.

However, in some men, already in 40-50 years, the testosterone level decreases, the production of sperm falls. Often this happens against the background of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. It is believed that this can lead to symptoms such as erectile dysfunction (weakening of erection), depression, weakness. This condition is sometimes referred to as “male menopause.” When testosterone levels are low, hormone replacement therapy is prescribed.

MOSCOW, January 19 – RIA Novosti. Puberty is the stage in a person’s life during which puberty occurs. About body changes and “transition crisis” – in the material of RIA Novosti. What is a “crisis of transition” During adolescence, adolescents are faced with a crisis of adolescence, which involves psychological, emotional and social restructuring.A “transition crisis” is a stage of a person’s transition from the status of a child to the status of an adult personality within a certain society. During this period, a person is deprived of certain privileges and restrictions and receives a number of duties and rights. Because of this, the adolescent has a strong internal crisis regarding his role. This translates into teenage rebellion, denial, and complex social behavior. For the successful passage of this crisis, it is important for parents to introduce clear conditions of rights and obligations for adolescents from 8-10 years old.The child should form clear boundaries of transition, and an understanding of where the guardianship ends and the responsibility and privileges of freedom begin. These rules should be unambiguous for both the teenager and the parents, and not change according to mood or circumstances. Then the teenager will learn to take responsibility for himself and enjoy his rights, as well as gain confidence in his status through the recognition of his parents, “recommended Stanislav Ivanov. Physical growth The period of puberty is the most active growth of the body. For girls, it begins at the age of 10-11, and for boys later – after 14. This process is affected by the hormone somatotropin, which causes cell division in the body, due to which it increases in size. The growth of a person is mainly influenced by genetics. In some cases, the so-called premature sexual development is possible. In girls, it occurs before the age of 8 and is characterized by an increase in the mammary glands, the appearance of body hair. In boys under 9 years of age, the voice may change, hair growth also occurs, and sometimes acne occurs. In both sexes, the body grows at an accelerated rate. This happens due to the premature activation of hormones – estrogens in girls and androgens in boys. This early development can be stressful for a child because of his or her differences from those around them.Other information Average age at onset of puberty is believed to decrease over time. According to some reports, since 1840, it has decreased by 4 months per decade. Also, pubertal age differs in different countries, while first of all it occurs in the Negroid race, later in Asians who live in the highlands.

MOSCOW, January 19 – RIA Novosti. Puberty is the stage in a person’s life during which puberty occurs. About body changes and “transition crisis” – in the material of RIA Novosti.

What is puberty

During puberty, which on average starts from 9-10 years in girls and 10-11 in boys, the body is faced with physiological and mental changes that contribute to the onset of puberty and physical maturity. The brain sends a signal that goes to the ovaries in girls and the testes in boys, while hormones are produced that accelerate the growth of the body, the development of the brain and body, and the work of the reproductive system. In females, puberty begins earlier than in males. In 46% of adolescent girls, puberty occurs at the same age as their mothers.

“During this period, adolescents may experience clumsiness, since it is difficult for them to control a rapidly changing body and its dimensions,” psychologist Stanislav Ivanov told RIA Novosti. that hormones begin to violently “attack” the body, there is frequent fatigue, mood swings, headaches, difficulties with concentration and assimilation of the material.Usually in the period of 12-14 years, studies subsided, but this is normal. “

What happens to the adolescent body

In humans, the period of maturation is divided into three phases:

  • Pre-pubertal. Begins from 9-13 years. At this time, the first signs of puberty appear – hair on the body, enlargement of the testicles, pain in the mammary glands

  • The pubertal phase occurs in girls at 12-16 years old, and in boys at 13-17 years old. like wet dreams and menstruation.

  • The post-pubertal phase completes the cycle of adolescent change. Boys develop facial hair, youthful acne may develop, acne in girls.

Research: the majority of adolescents in the Russian Federation begin to work unofficially

A teenager – who is this?

Puberty refers to changes that relate to the physical signs of maturation. For social, cultural aspects, the term “adolescence” is often used. Some researchers believe that it starts at 12 and ends at 17, but the World Health Organization calls the numbers from 10 to 19 years.

Adolescence is a transitional stage between a child and an adult.

“The first phase in the period of 10-12 years consists in the fact that adolescents determine their place in society, – the specialist notes. – At this age, the collective begins to take the first place, and studies are relegated to the background. During this period, it is important that the child has stable support for parents and the right to make mistakes. The second phase – 12-16 years old – is characterized by competition for the attention of the opposite sex and a new awareness of their sex-role behavior. Teenagers learn to be competitive, to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses in relation to the opposite sex. During this period, complexes, self-doubt and self-doubt begin to appear. The third stage begins at the age of 16. This is the phase of an inner search for oneself and the collection of resources for entering adulthood. It is here that the issues of career guidance and active hobbies are most relevant. At this stage, the adolescent has a lot of fears and constant anxiety about the upcoming independent life. The better a teenager has contact with his parents and reliance on them, the easier it is for him to get through this period. “

Puberty

The nature of the diet, as well as the conditions in which a person develops, has the greatest influence on the course of maturation. At this age, it is extremely important that the body receives all the necessary vitamins and minerals, and the diet contains fats, proteins, fiber and carbohydrates with a low glycemic index. The Russians will be legalized the extension of youth 90,000 Ideal body. Perfect body of a woman. The perfect body of a man. Guy’s Perfect Body

Ideal body for a guy. The most beautiful male body (photo). “More” does not mean “better”

A beautiful male figure, as strange as it sounds, is not a correspondence to certain proportions, but a figure’s correspondence to fashion.

Times are changing, this very fashion is changing, and the idea of what a beautiful male figure is is changing.

Let’s take a look at the beautiful male figures from antiquity. Very often, speaking about the canons of a beautiful figure, authors refer to sculptures that were created in the Middle Ages, i.e. these are the canons of beauty of the Middle Ages. However, various “primary sources” of the ancient period have survived.

Men also have glands that can produce milk. But its production is an anomaly for the male body. This can happen when too much of the hormone prolactin is produced. This can be the result of certain treatments to stimulate heart disease, pituitary and hypothalamic problems, opiate use, or severe hunger.

It is good to think that the genetic tendency to baldness is transmitted by the mother’s X chromosomes, but this is not entirely true. There are other, equally important factors. If a man’s father is bald, then his chances of losing his hair will increase by 60%. The activity of male hormones affects the hair follicles in such a way that the body gradually loses its ability to produce new hair.Stress and poor diet also significantly increase your risk.

Bronze statue of Zeus (470-450 BC)

Apollo Belvedere (second half of the 4th century BC)

During these periods, a person becomes more sensitive, irritable and hungry, and stomach cramps may also appear. This means that he has the same symptoms as the woman. All people in the world began their existence as women. When it begins to function, the embryo begins to develop as a girl. The male hormone testosterone makes male skin fat. It is about 25% thicker than women’s skin. Throughout her life, however, men’s skin becomes thinner, while in women it remains the same thickness until menopause.

Have you ever wondered what the apple of Adam is and why is it more for men than for women? Women only have a small ridge in their neck, made up of thyroid cartilage, whose sole purpose is to protect the vocal cords. Shy cartilage is also responsible for the higher voice of people. In the teenage years of a man, the angle of the annular cartilage changes. This angle is smaller for men than for women, which makes the protrusion larger and the voice lower.

Laocoon and his sons (175-150 BC)

Farnesian Hercules (about 320 BC)

“Dorifor” (450-440 BC) )

In all the sculptures we see pronounced muscles of the abdomen and thighs. The waist is quite strong and wide, with well-developed oblique abdominal muscles. A handsome male figure in the Middle Ages already differs from the beauty of antiquity.

If you are looking for a perfect and proportionally perfect body, then Daniel Craig and Kelly Brook are famous. The famous couple has physically perfect forms. Daniel loves women, and at the same time he wants a man, but Kelly has the perfect figure for women, and most men want to have such a partner.

Men and women are relatively well versed in the shape of an ideal male and female body. In the case of more gentle sex, the woman should have a narrow waist, but fuller shapes in the hips and buttocks, as well as medium breasts. But men want bigger chest muscles and stronger hips than women. This study shows that women still want to be leaner, which means they are still at risk of developing eating disorders. In comparison, men want a lot more muscular.

“Apollo and two muses” Pompeo Batoni

The beautiful male figure of the Middle Ages has less athleticism, but more roundness, a waist, pronounced abs, but not so powerful.Times are changing and fashion is changing. I will not represent the canons of the beauty of the male figure of subsequent centuries, but I propose to immediately move on to modernity. We can say that the twentieth century influenced the modern idea of a beautiful male figure. First there was bodybuilding with its canons.

This means they have to go to the gym and if they don’t overdo it, then there is no health risk. Most of what we have found is not surprising. The ideal and most attractive are healthy and healthy bodies that have evolutionary value, says Dr. Martin Tove of Newcastle University.

The excellence in physical beauty of the mint of mankind practically from the very beginning. What does a beautiful woman or man look like? These ideas, of course, correspond to the time, besides, the subjective factor comes into play. However, objectivity cannot be prevented from time to time.

Wider said his word about a beautiful male body.

Marcel Rouet has his own vision of a beautiful male figure

John McCallum proposes his formula for calculating the canons of a beautiful male figure:

Questions about what ideal of male and female beauty, it seems, did not even dream about the specialists of the British brand of lower underwear that Bluebell is talking about. For marketing purposes, they created a customer survey with an interesting methodology: respondents showed different personalities, as well as men as models.

Subsequently, the participants were given the opportunity to “pick up” the ideal figure from separate body parts of famous celebrities. Subsequent data was eventually collected and, according to most preferences, created a digital model of the ideal body – for both men and women. To make it even more interesting and to show how much preference varied by gender, they split the results according to what they chose as the ideal of both genders.Based on these results, four images were created to account for how women and men represent the ideal of physical beauty for their own and the opposite sex.

  • 6.5 wrist circumference is the circumference of the chest;
  • 85% of bust is thigh;
  • 70% of the bust is the waist;
  • 53% of chest circumference is thigh circumference;
  • 37% of the chest circumference is the circumference of the neck;
  • 36% of the chest circumference is the bicep circumference;
  • 34% of the chest circumference is the circumference of the lower leg;
  • 29% of the chest circumference is the circumference of the forearm.

The results are pretty amazing. Not surprisingly, the masculine idea of the feminine ideal consists of a radically different “ingredient.” So men are the perfect woman to represent someone like Scarlett Johansson’s hair, Megan Fox’s face, Kim Kardashian’s breasts and legs as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s top model.

Is it any wonder that someone on the male “under” list has almost exclusively names that match the perceptions of the biggest celebrities of sex bombs? Less interesting results are not even related to the results associated with the masculine ideal. He has hair from Harry Styles, Jamie Dornan’s face, Brad Pitt’s biceps, David Gandy’s top-model torso, and David Beckham’s legs.

For measuring volumes, you can use the most ordinary tailor’s centimeter. For correct measurement, the following recommendations must be taken into account:

  • Neck: keep the head straight, measure in the middle of the neck;
  • Chest. It is necessary to make three measurements: on a deep inhalation, on an exhalation, and in a normal state.Apply a measuring tape to the pectoral muscles at the level of the nipples. Make sure that the tape is parallel to the floor line;
  • The waist is measured at the narrowest point of the waist;
  • Shoulder: Measured at the widest part of the tense bicep, with the arm bent at the elbow;
  • Forearm: Measured at the widest part of the brachioradialis muscle;
  • The thigh is measured directly under the gluteus muscles;
  • Lower leg: at the widest point of the gastrocnemius muscle.

Please be reminded that the above data is intended for bodybuilders or for those who believe that a handsome male figure is the figure of an athlete.

When the men themselves asked about the perfect male body, some names were repeated, but in different parts of the body. The ideal person, according to members of the stronger sex, has Brada Pitt’s hair, David Beckham’s face, Ryan Gosling’s body, and Hugh Jackman’s biceps.

Of course, the authors themselves say that the results cannot be taken 100% seriously. The survey was conducted on several thousand online respondents and did not take into account factors such as the different cultural or sexual preferences of the respondents. However, this is a pretty interesting preview of the world of male and female beauty views.

Then fashion and glamor had their say.

In addition to the athletic figure, a male model figure also appeared, which is closer to the ideals depicted by the masters of the Middle Ages.

If you take the time and browse women’s forums on the topic of “handsome male figure”, you will see that ladies prefer model figures or figures that can be placed in the golden mean, between athletes and models.

Although ultimately it only depends on individual experiences, there will always be ideas of ideals based on the pursuit of perfection. What should the ideal woman or man look like? Muscular arms of Hercules or the plump belly of your favorite teddy bear – what should be the ideal male body?

Perfect, that is, women who like it. Women, statisticians and adherents of the art of seduction have been racking their brains over the preferences of women in this area for many years. The ladies are involved in rigorous research: they choose silhouettes drawn on cardboard boxes, and that’s what dozens of photographs evaluate, and that’s what they answer tough questions in polls. The results of the study were revolutionary: because it hardly turned out that ladies prefer skinny average people, and we read in reports that they choose tall and well-built, but only three days a month.

What is so much information for? There was no ideal, and there is still no ideal. If you want to find your ideal, then the choice “where we will do the hangings” is exclusively yours: bodybuilder, athlete, glamor.

For real work, it is necessary to take into account not only the canons and your own wishes, but also the reality that cannot be ignored:

  • growth;
  • skeleton;
  • somatotype or somatic constitution.

Sctomorphs, mesomorphs and endomorphs are often mentioned in the bodybuilding literature. This division is quite outdated – this theory has been around for over a hundred years and experts have not used it for a long time. In their pure form, representatives with such body types are not found. Most often, in a person, to one degree or another, there are signs of all three types at once. Moreover, individual parts of the body of one person can belong to different somatotypes.

Confusion in the minds of researchers grows because the woman remains and remains a mystery – she examines in interviews, she skips interviews, misses and gimmicks. But the question of the male ideal is still valid, still troubling. This is why we asked our readers to judge.

The athletic figure was unsurpassed.Beautifully contoured muscles, harmonious construction and excellent condition are what stimulates the imagination of women. Will such gentlemen be good dads, compatible partners, will they show sensitivity and sensitivity, or will they provide stability and security? This is unknown, and this is not the point here.

A beautiful male figure is, first of all, a matter of individual taste. However, there are certain and unchanging criteria that a male figure must meet: a strong and strong body that will allow you to cope with any problems. And what proportions it will have is up to you.

Lovely young ladies. Tell me, which men do you like the most in terms of physique? Skinny, thin, fat, huge pitching or large, muzzy body, not pitching, but large (not fatty)? Or money decides everything? Tell your awesome stories about how a man should be.

There is a catch by eye and not enough for you to resist such a grateful look. Models should look great. Taking care of good looks is part of their profession. What hurts models who, after all, boast a slender, slightly muscular figure? According to many women, this is a common lalusia: they depilate the body, use cosmetics and spend their lives in constant clothes.

But when the model descends from the Odium catwalk, the “feminine actions” disappear, and the beautiful body remains. The thin point is the general idea of an intellectual figure. This type is in the library, not in the gym or gym, and the vision soured after reading at the end of the book. The word “intellectual” is not a definition of a physical figure, but of mental culture. And only on their minds – whether they have a chubby, cherwald, weak or muscular body, they set 13 percent. our readers.

I like my man.

Tall and strong.

I don’t like skinny guys, and I don’t like heavily pumped up, normal, so that he was, and liked to eat, like a normal man, so that he would be happy to cook.

My husband is a jock.

Now many women are being led by money.90% of women are fools.

I love pimples. They like very skinny ones.

The penultimate was 130 kg, now 110 kg. These are the physiques, the main thing is that the person is good! The figure of men in a relationship really means little!

Beer, foodies, donut and hamburger lovers. They make sure that a beloved body is always enough. Unfortunately, not all ladies appreciate this effort. For comforting overweight gentlemen, we can write that the bodybuilders went worse. Ladies and gentlemen, we admit that cold sauces and sweet pastries can be the pride of your kitchen, but the divine bodies of athletic lovers are slowly morphing into plump, mischievous forms. And which body do you like?

Is the perfect male body a secret? It seems that in order to know that men love women, it is enough to follow the views of women on the beach, in the pool or just on the street. Yet tastes are varied, and women’s eyes turn in different directions. Girls, vote in the poll and write about your preferences! Do you disagree with the author of the text and want to express your opinion? Have you experienced something interesting and want to share your story?

It’s all about character! And the behavior of a man.

Tall and large, but of normal build.

Well, money has been deciding for me for a while. Then they just liked handsome men. So that the weight is normal and a beautiful face!

Not a coward and so that he could stand up for himself and the girl! I was not acting out with words, but with actions!

Prizes await the authors of the most interesting works! Some time ago, we published the results of a project in which we tried to find out what an ideal female body looks like on different continents. We are now publishing the first part of Perception of Perfection.

“Beauty cannot be objectively assessed – what looks like one person does not need to be loved by another person” – they write on their website the idea of the project “Perception of Perfection”. But at the same time, they are trying to create canons of beauty that are characteristic of these cultures.

The modification could be applied to everything – including underwear. The research findings are so surprising that the following graphic remakes differ significantly from the “appeal” that promotes media and global pop culture.Meanwhile, the idea of the creators of the ideas was unequivocal: to promote the fashion for the presentation of health in appearance, they are trying to prove that the ideal body should not consist of hundreds of perfectly chiseled muscles.

With regards to heifers – it is most profitable to be skinny, in a male team – massive.

Money and mind decide everything. This is the physical world. Athletic, with a developed torso, held, successful. Nobody likes losers. And the beautiful figure of a man is pleasing to the eye.

Girls, and if a man has all scars on his face. Will you be with this?

A man should be loved! And finally everything depends on cockroaches in my head.

I am still friends with my first husband. But it happened only for 3 years. Although I do not regret a single moment lived with him. With my current spouse, I went in spite of finances. I love him and I want him terribly. When we met, he earned 20 times less than now! This is our victory!

If my boyfriend had a scar on his face, then don’t care, I don’t love him for his looks. So the scars won’t put off if there really is love.

The male body is more beautiful a priori than the female. And why ask the opinion of women? These are women!

Because it is not clear. Now you need handsome men, then jocks. I don’t understand your logic. And there are also those who love men in rooster clothes.

We need to love. And it can be any person. Regardless of taste.

Wiry, tucked tall, sharp facial features with a sense of humor, but kind and caring and intelligent. I love my boy, in short.

They need money with money, so that they can then post here about cosmetics, shine with their outfits, and shout to usher about their honeymoon trips to a tear in their vagina.

Baba needs a normal, adequate man who will reciprocate and walk hand in hand with her, while money and appearance are secondary. The money will be earned, the appearance will be corrected.

I understand that. And not worth it. How we are friends – he is in London or Miami, we will call once a month and arrange for me to practice English (he is drunk), the ex-boyfriend behaved the same way. Also a wife and two children already. But I tried to do something. Broke off, beautifully broke off. He thought that I could never become a faithful wife. The son has become very impudent, he adores himself at the age of 4. We try not to indulge in toys. Our friends say that we tricked him and made him ungrateful.

Athletic, pumped up, with relief. This is the ideal figure of a man.

My husband. Love him. Though he will get fat or lose weight. Tall green-eyed blond with long eyelashes. This is not why I love him.

I once liked a guy with a scar on the half of his face, but he had an awesome body, he was an athlete and he danced awesomely, there was no end to the women.

High pimples. I stick out of these!

Thin, but not too thin. Jocks and muzzles freeze. In most cases, they are wildly proud.

The highest pimple is the best!

Actually, I can’t say that. I liked different guys, well, maybe a little jock or jock, not very small in stature, the main thing is not drish. Although if a person is interesting, then do not care about his appearance.

Here you are talking about, and I personally know one woman, so insidious and with beauty, who twisted men as she wanted, until she fell in love with one peasant, more precisely, a guy, from just a family, not rich and not poor, so her knees shook at the sight of him.How he scolded and beat her, broke her finger once, and she, just think, loves him more than life, or she has the character of such a bdsm girl, which no one missed, and he got it through, or no one knows what at all!

I don’t need a homeless person with a rich inner world. For some reason, you prefer cute dolls instead of loyal scarecrows with a beautiful soul. So why should we choose the beggar losers?

Large, healthy, even with a belly, with large arms and legs. Like wardrobes or bears. And strong (both morally and physically), a little rude, a little even to be an asshole. And, of course, charismatic. Although all assholes are charismatic, as a rule. With stubble and a cocky look. So that with this man, there was no desire to argue. The ideal figure is male energy.

A man must be smart.

And if he has a higher education and 3 convictions behind his back, but he is smart, then how?

Last type. He looks reliable, and you won’t argue with him at the mirror in the morning. And most of the big, not fat, not jocks – good-natured, funny guys. It seems to me that for the most part, youngsters or those who are actively involved in sports themselves are training.

Sorry, but you yourself are to blame. You fall in love for money, have sex with just anyone, slander, and then say that all men are goats. And yes, we fall in love with looks, but this is temporary. Appearance is boring. “Everything in a person should be good – both appearance and soul.” A.P. Chekhov. By the way, you don’t really fall in love with ugly guys either.

The main thing is not oblique, crooked, not dystrophic, not an old man, not a midget midget. And so a perfectly straight nose, looking down, and an arrogant, piercing wild look.

Criminal records are different. So is education. You can buy a tower, or you can suffer, or you can be an intelligent and erudite person without a tower, I know several businessmen who have achieved heights without education, and only then bought it so as not to fall face down in the mud. And they had typical figures of men in business, and they were loved by the only women in their life.It depends on people.

It doesn’t matter what kind of person is outside. The main thing is what it is like inside. I used to like it in the body, but now it’s the other way around.

Only tall pimples, or just pimples, cause direct antipathy in me. In general, in a man, appearance is absolutely unimportant.

I love healthy people. The Emelianenko brothers have a figure – buzz!

I am interested in worthy, successful men who work on themselves all the time and do not stop there. And outwardly it is not necessary Apollo, but he is obliged to do sports. And the goats are just the losers who take it out on women and blame everyone around for their problems. Too lazy even to go to the gym.

Only now, very few people need sports men. Or they are looking for a prince on a white horse, while they themselves hang out in clubs, drink, swear, smoke.

In general, you need to be Abramovich and nishtyak, twirl the women as you want and choose.

Harmony of body and soul is the main thing.

I like the slim figure of a man. A kind of elf.Well, so that there are moderate muscles.

I’m tired of this stamp already. And not everyone hangs out in clubs. What a limited thinking. Full of normal girls, you yourself choose whores, so pay off.

IQ 140, telepathic, orphan, heir to a decent fortune.

If a man is seriously engaged in wrestling, then he is already a priori in my taste.

The man primarily works to impregnate more females. If earlier it was only necessary to grab something by the hair and carry it to the den, now this has been replaced by earnings.

Do you know the word positive?

Intelligence, which is aimed at a primitive goal (earning a dough for the largest number of fertilized eggs), is of no interest. And imitation of a “normal” person is a game. A normal person cannot have such goals. Everything is very simple.

It is not our fault that we were prescribed in the genome to impregnate females as much as possible, the goal of a woman is to create and preserve a hearth, a man by nature is a hunter, just right now the bases have been replaced with a language we understand in the form of money. And the life of a man has always been based on three pillars, it is sex, money and power.

The best male figures are athletic, pumped up, not like steroid jocks.

Kind, reliable, caring, good lover, and most importantly – loving and beloved, and the appearance and thickness of the wallet does not matter to me. When I began to meet with my future husband at that time, all my friends told me why the heck this naked boy, if there are so many wealthy men around. I sent my friends to fig.Now these young ladies live with men who beat and humiliate them. Mine blows away dust from me, works at a good job, does not refuse me anything, and most importantly, he loves.

In the network it is always not clear who is who, this is the paradox of communication in the network. It seems that everything is available, but at the same time you do not understand who is who, because everyone is hiding behind cats and dartweiders. Everyone wants to be better.

The male figure is a priori better than the woman’s. There shouldn’t be such a question.

Although no one has yet fully deciphered DNA, which part is responsible for the whales and the outbreak – no one knows for certain.”It’s in the DNA” is a false statement. The rest (historical facts, examples from life, etc.) is a confirmation of a false statement, which, perhaps, is correct. But if it is not true, then the facts may be an exception to the rule (false statement). Bottom line: I only believe in absolute truth, but it does not exist on this issue, therefore, I have reason to believe that the intellect (reason) that makes us exceptional on Earth is given just to create our own rules, comfortable for myself and the people who we love and respect. If comfort for one is “three whales”, for another “hearth”, for the third something else – this only means that he created such rules for himself and that’s it. They do not suit me, such a system does not work, I will wait until the world changes.

A beautiful figure is a harmonious figure. I do not like any skinny or jocks.

The main thing in a man is his attitude towards me.

I love to look at figures like Captain America. And the main thing in life is that a person is good. Let with a belly and imperfect, but mine, dear.

An increase in the population of homosexual individuals is a sign of degeneration. A sharp jump (XX century) of scientific and technological revolution is a sign of the imminent death of civilization. And if we estimate the speed of physiological changes and the speed of “steps to the edge of the abyss”, it is clear that people will not have time to change in the physical plane. I don’t have a shuttle ticket to Mars, I hope the apocalypse comes later – 2% chance.

Always surprised girls with a narrow waist and large breasts.

I like a man’s athletic body.

Good afternoon. Excuse me for writing my husband and I, the gopniks undressed quite recently, they said, they say, the rich should share with the poor, the youngsters are stupid, how awful is it, what motivates these people?

Write a statement to the police.

I, like, go to the gym for myself, so keep my figure in good shape.

These are the guys who like to have a real male body!

I don’t like jocks and dumbbells.

The main thing is that the guy has wide shoulders.

Always liked fat, big guys. We got married with a pimple.

Large, but not greasy or pumped. 2 times more than me to be, otherwise I’m a drier. In general, a beautiful male body does not matter for long. The main thing is to love.

– “For some women, the secrets of beauty remain secrets,” also, the author, and here – for some men, the secrets of male success remain secrets. So let there be money.

Mordate cabinets.

My husband is 180 cm tall, thin skinny, I don’t like pitching somehow.

Strong. I don’t know how to describe it, I have acquaintances a la and not pitching, not fat, but precisely with muscles and without any press and the like – the very thing, like Mikhail Porechenkov.

I do not care, I am ideal!

Large and pitching.

I like men in the body, and to have a good appetite!

Tall, moderately athletic. Not so that it would be straight pitching, but not dryness either.

I used to think that I like drishy. And she even married a sickly looking dude. But then he pumped up, and gained 20 kg and I realized that I like pitching. I can conclude from this, do not care what a man looks like, the main thing is that it was my man.

I like my husband, everyone else does not care, no matter how they look.

My husband I have 185 with a weight of 95 kg looks great to me. And he is 29 kg more than me.

Tall, large, bearded! So that it was already scary. Not for me, for everyone else! I am small, I need to be protected!

When we met my husband, he weighed 65 kg.Well, don’t quit because of this person! I fed it as I need, pumped up and now, instead of a drishchenka, I have such a 96-kilogram bull calf with me.

Tall, large blue-eyed blondes, Scandinavian type. The body of a man should be moderately pumped up, and so that not only muscles, but also fat was.

Intelligent! Since I will monitor my health, therefore, my figure will be normal. They will be able to earn money, and not complain about life, and it is always interesting to talk to them, and even to learn something!

A man must be a man in the first place.Met with a cute jock for almost three years. I was beaten off by an ordinary bump under two meters. Today I am married to a skinny and incredibly happy (although I do not give up trying to pump him up, but it’s not easy). This man loves me more than his own life, who cares how much muscle mass he has?

Mine weighs 105 with a height of 183. More than me by 50 kg. But I love his tummy. Jocks and pimples are not pleasant.

The height of a man is important. I love the tall ones.

The husband goes in for sports, so his 85 kg at 180 cm are “packed” into a toned, inflated body.I hate jerks and jocks, but he is ideal.

The main thing for me is the man himself (if the character is shit, then let him be at least Tom Hardy, nothing will come of it), a pretty face, height 185-195, straight legs.

Big, but not muscular and not fat, taller than me.

Different guys in appearance. The most important thing is that I should be interested (that is, at least equal level of intelligence), psychologically comfortable (without manipulation, tantrums, unnecessary control and pressure) and should be satisfied with sex.In that order. Appearance is not very important, the main thing is without the belly “I’m expecting twins.”

I love huge muzzle fat guys!

The parameters of the figure are proportional. A man should be proportional. Da Vinci’s golden ratio. Like a Vitruvian man.

In the body – not thin, not fat, well, so that there is a priest and a little tummy, but not quality.

I love my husband. I don’t care about others, I don’t even look in their direction.

I like the physique of my beloved man.

I like my husband, though not perfect. The rest do not care.

Pitching quality, and sent her beloved to the hall too.

I love the fat. The pitching is the bottom.

I am a skinny, I hate jocks, I like thin guys.

I have all athletes. I passed the relief body at 16-17, now physical endurance, functional muscles, organization and concentration are important to me. I like my boyfriend at 81 with relief, and between tournaments at 90, and with a small belly.

And I don’t like drishch, but it so happened that my young man is exactly like that. I love him anyway, not everyone should be ideal.

Moderately inflated, medium build. Drishchev, like fat people, can’t stand it.

Here is my ideal man. Loving, caring, kind, generous, family man, in general – the one who has been waiting for all my life! My husband! The one and only!

I like it when the shoulders are wide and the arms are massive. The stomach is not necessarily abs, but moderately normal, so as not to watermelon. We can say that they like big men, but not dry rolling.

I like slim men.

I love skinny ones.

Bulk cabinets.

I forgot about the appearance, the main thing is the soul after all. What is the use of a handsome man if he is a stupid felt boot? But, nevertheless, there are a number of features. Taller than me, even when I’m in heels. Physically hardy, strong, you can even with a not very large belly (I do not mean a 9-month pregnancy belly). With harmonious features and a straight nose.

Broad back and shoulders, muscular arms.

I like men. And the man may not be in a wide-shouldered two-meter closet. Such is the ass.

So only one thing is invariable, like only Russian men with a rather big nose. A neat nose is anti-sex for me, just an association with a chick.

Large.

I like big tall men. With relief.

Self-confident and those in whom a woman can be confident. Well, my personal, tall, athletic.

If only a person was good, and so from 180 cm with black hair and you can be a little plump.

I like the type of Vincent Cassel. I don’t like handsome and pretty guys, I don’t like pitching. In general, I do not like handsome men, I like unsympathetic, but wildly charismatic. Well, I also like the man to have a tummy.

Such as Tom Hiddleston.

I like metrosexuals.

Normal guys like them.

A man with character and a clear life position and ideas, necessarily a Slav. The Slavs have always been and will be attractive in appearance.

Like stocky build (not full, but not pumped). I’m fattening my own for now.

And how tall should a man be?

I personally like tall ones.

And me – average height.

I myself am tall, so I like men from 185 cm.

I also noticed that when a woman writes that she likes muscular men, she is supported, and when a guy writes that he likes curvy women with big tits and asses – then they immediately call him a pervert!

Because if you like a guy, then you need to ask about the scars – men like to talk about them, well, or mysteriously keep silent with the appearance that it was almost a gangster’s bullet (but in fact it fell on the asphalt in two years). In any case, this is a reason to listen to him, and as a sign of attention.

I don’t like handsome men. And I will support. I like the types of Vincent Cassel and Tom Hiddleston.

I like thin guys, 178-185cm tall, with cute faces (a bit like girls) and curly hair.

I like football looks. High and moderately inflated. Growth 180-190. The main thing is a pleasant timbre of the voice.

And what should a guy’s weight be?

It depends on the physique.

In general – pitching, but at the same time they were courageous.

Large, snout, not pitching in body, but large (not fatty).

A large and strong man, preferably a powerlifter, adequate and loyal, and no more is needed.

Why the heck me drisch? I myself sometimes gain 10 kg for competitions, what for me a man, so that the arm and leg are smaller than mine? So that I have complexes? And so, with my boyfriend, I feel comfortable. A man is needed for life and household. And many women should not be offended, I perfectly understand men, because what for is a terrible fat woman?

I love thin, physique can be attractive and thin.

And I like fat men!

I hate fat people who have

Ideal proportions of a man’s body – a table!

Contents of the article

Loading …

The beauty of the male body largely depends not only on the relief and volume of the muscles. To achieve the ideal, it is much more important to observe the proportionality of all its parts: the volume of the chest with the pelvis, and so on.Differences in age and race of a person have proportional values. Let’s figure out what the ideal proportions of a man’s body are. It will be equally useful for both professional athletes and people who strive for excellence.

Main features of modern standards

Present standards have a direct connection with the ideals of the ancient world. This is a kind of symbiosis of the ancient image and the modern understanding of beauty. Here are the main points of the ideal figure in men:

  • Slender, long neck.
  • Clear trapezoid lines.
  • Embossed shoulder muscles.
  • Conical shape of the pectoral muscles.
  • Relief structure of the abdominal muscles.
  • Pronounced back muscles, wide dorsal profile.
  • Developed muscles of the lower extremities.

Depending on age, all body proportions will change. The fact is that every year the human body acquires certain physiological changes. Until the age of 25, the growth of the body and its mass change.A man should start loading the muscular component no earlier than 16 years old. Otherwise, the muscles may become stiff. You shouldn’t overload them either. This can lead to the fact that in the future they will not develop and change their volume.

How to take measurements correctly

There are certain rules for taking measurements of the male body and corresponding standards for their proportions. Let’s take a look at the table of ratios, which is compiled from taking into account the height of a man:

90

9072 5 127

Height Chest Neck Biceps Waist Hips Shin
150 90 33 33 66 51 33
160 97 36 36 71 54 36
170 105 38 38 76 57 38
180 112 41 41 81 61 41
190 120 43 43 86 64 43
200 46 46 91 67 46
210 135 48 48 96 71 48

In anthropometry there is such a concept like “The Golden Ratio.”It describes the proportions of the male body according to a special formula. The ratio of 1: 1.6 is used to calculate the exact value. Simply put, if the forearm is expressed as a unit, then the arm length should be 1.6. It is the same with the volumes of the muscles.

Instructions for taking measurements

In order for the results of measurements of body proportions to be as correct as possible, they should be taken in the morning. The fact is that the body after sleep has the most accurate values. During the day, he experiences a load, as a result of which the data may be far from the truth.

Measurements should be made with an ordinary tape with sections. She will show the most correct results. If you don’t have one at hand, then you can use a nylon thread and a regular ruler or construction tape.

In order to track changes in the proportionality of body parts, you should keep a diary. Measurements are best done no more than once a week.

Pay attention to your diet. It should contain as much protein as possible and a minimum of fat.Fast carbohydrates should also be avoided. They disintegrate very quickly and do not bring any results. Try to eat more vegetables and cooked meats. This will allow you to build muscle mass as quickly as possible, and will also increase the productivity of your workouts.

Ideal body through the eyes of men and women | Blogger Lady_ViVi on SPLETNIK.RU 23 April 2014

If you were offered to create an ideal body, what would it be?

Men and women, of course, are not from different planets, but our tastes really differ. This is especially true of the ideals of beauty. In our opinion, feminine, because how: the thinner the better, right? And give the men everything and more! BlueBella.com, an internet site for the sale of lingerie and toys for adults, asked its visitors (women and men) to create their ideal body, focusing on the body parts of celebrities.

Representatives of both sexes, making up the “ideal female body”, preferred slender long legs, loose hair and a flat stomach. This is where the similarities end)) Further, when choosing breasts, most men chose Kim Kardashian’s boobs and Kelly Brook’s thighs, while women like smaller sizes: Jennifer Aniston’s “cocky and brazen” bust of Jennifer Aniston and Emma Watson’s butt (shta ??).As for the legs, women are in awe of this endless body part for Elle Macpherson, while for men they preferred Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s legs. In my opinion, both ladies have beautiful legs.

So, the favorites:

Elle MacPherson and her legs

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is in no way inferior)

Kelly Brook and her hips

Emma Watson

Kim Kardashian and her bust

Enifer perky “boobs)) really daring)

Other differences in the” bodies “can be seen in the picture below:

foreign ladies – a sophisticated and well-groomed brunette.

And what is the ideal male body? Most of the women surveyed see the perfect man with Harry Styles hair (ah?!?), Jamie Dornan’s “Mr. Gray” face, David Gandy’s chic torso (dada!), Brad Pitt’s biceps and the legs of our Beckham’s David.

At the same time, men would prefer Brad Pitt’s hair (long or short is not so important), the face of David Beckham (was he definitely chosen by men?)), Ryan Gosling’s steel torso, Hugh Jackman’s biceps and the legs of football player Frank Lampard.Yes, footballers’ legs attract not only women, but also men!))

This is what ideal men look like:

David Gandy and his perfect torso

Ryan Gosling also pumped up

Brad Pitt’s biceps …

against Hugh’s biceps Jackman

and David Beckham

The conclusion from this whole experiment, apart from a simple curiosity to find out the tastes of foreign respondents, is the following: none of the celebrities is perfect)) I would even say that none of the many such beautiful and very famous people have a perfect body – ideals do not exist at all!

The ideal male body through the eyes of women

Interest in the male body has a long history. This question excited many sculptors, painters, poets and writers. The male body of Apollo Belvedere, a youth of Ancient Rome, has been considered ideal for more than one hundred years. Centuries pass, ideas of beauty change. If some fifteen years ago no one publicly discussed the male body, today this topic is more and more often raised on the air and in the press.

1.Men’s hands

Marina, 46 years old: “Everyone likes tall, athletic men and hardly any woman will admire the body of a sickly man. First of all, I pay attention not to growth, not to beauty – this is given by God, but to men’s hands. It is by the hands that you can determine what a person is, they will say about the type of his activity. Men’s hands can be rough and affectionate, gentle and passionate. It is a tool that interacts with a woman. Their touch can bring happiness and pain to a woman.Hands are a masculine world, a masculine attitude to a woman. Everything else doesn’t matter to me. ”

2. Well-groomed men with a thin physique

Galina, 41 years old: “Today men, not only in Europe, but also in Russia, are paying more and more attention to their bodies. A fat, unkempt man is unlikely to make a career for himself. Now many men pay attention to their health: proper nutrition, exercise fitness, many follow a diet. Every woman has her own ideas about the ideal male figure.I don’t like the mountain of muscle at all. Men like that are not my type. They don’t attract me like men. I give preference to a lean physique. For me, the ideal man is Freddie Mercury. ”3. Apollo – the ideal of a man

Diana, 37 years old: “A flexible subtle body is what is really attractive in my female eyes. I pay special attention to the male buttocks. If we talk about the male figure in general, then for me the ideal of a man is the statue of Apollo. Many people like basketball-sized men. But for some reason there are no sex symbols among them. For example, Tom Cruise is a little man with a marigold. Only 170 cm. But he is an idol in the eyes of many women. The well-known Bruce Willis clearly demonstrates that the imperfect can become the ideal. People have different ideals, different ideas about beauty. With age, you begin to appreciate the two-letter organ under the short name UM in men. ”

4. Belly – a parody of a man

Natalia, 31 years old: “Men with abs on their belly are found only in gay porn. I pay attention to the body last. The main thing is that the stomach does not sag. Belly is considered a parody of a man. Men must watch themselves. I think it’s silly to idealize anything, especially the male body. Because yesterday I loved one, and today I stopped loving him and fell in love with another. And we are impermanent, and they are impermanent. What is his ideal male body? .. This question is very difficult to answer. Each of us has our own blue and pink dreams, which have practically nothing to do with real life. We marry either a bald businessman or a fat uncle. And all why? We haven’t found a better one, or maybe life is reality, and it has nothing to do with our dreams. ”

5. The main thing is to be able to give pleasure and support the family

Oksana, 29 years old: “I don’t like anything perfect. The main thing is that the man who is next to you is a little more beautiful than the monkey, can please the woman and support the family. Who needs a man with the parameters of Apollo if he is an idiot. The ideal often has to be shared with 10 more interested persons – not everyone will go for this.We marry very often not for handsome men with an athletic physique, but for a man with whom a woman is not afraid to enter into TOMORROW. I know that the mountain of muscle repels many women. I don’t like men with pumped-up bodies like Stallone or Schwarzenegger – nothing but muscles. ”

6. Eyes – the mirror of a man’s soul

Olga, 26 years old: “It is generally believed that women first of all pay attention to the man’s buttocks. But they don’t matter to me. The main thing I pay attention to is the eyes.No one will object that the eyes are the mirror of the soul, and for me the man’s soul is much more important than his hips, buttocks, and legs. As for the male phallus, it is not the size of 13 or 17 cm that is important – the main thing is how the man knows how to use this instrument of production. It is more important what the woman wants to see in the man, and what kind of man is next to her. If she has a lover, then the criteria for him are completely different than for her husband. If there is a lover next to her, then she considers how to best use his manhood – the phallus plays an important role for her, like the whole figure as a whole. When it comes to the husband, his body does not play an important role. Here, such qualities as kindness and the ability to earn money are brought to the fore. It’s good if all these qualities are combined in one person, but this happens very rarely. There are practically no real princes with the figure of Apollo of Belvedere. ”What should an ideal male body look like?

According to a worldwide survey conducted as part of a study by a British university led by Brunel, the model of an ideal male body in the eyes of a woman looks like this: broad shoulders, tall, narrow hips. This characteristic is perceived positively by women, since it is associated with good health and, as a result, with favorable reproductive ability.

Ideal body. Perfect body of a woman. The ideal body of a man

Who among people does not dream of perfection? Perhaps only a few. Most want the perfect home, the best car, the perfect soul mate. We also do not forget about ourselves – many people want a perfect body.

If everything is clear with the first points – you just have to look at an advertisement or look in a glossy magazine, then as far as the body is concerned, do not rush to follow the advice of fashion publications. Let’s try to figure out if there is such a role model that can be called ideal, and whether it is worth striving for.

What is the ideal?

Imagine that you have a time machine, and you can wander through the past, observing people and traditions peculiar to this or that century.

Would you be curious to know how our ancestors lived before, what did they strive for? Probably yes. And what would amaze you is that fashion has always existed, regardless of the presence of magazines and catwalks. So, from the times before our era to the present moment, it is she who dictates and imposes ideals. Who creates fashion? This is not one person. It can be time, habit, living conditions or global corporations, as happens, for example, today.

How the concept of beauty is changing

Look at the statues created during the dawn of the Roman Empire or Ancient Greece.Men are beautiful, but girls will seem overly feminine to many, with rounded bellies and full hips. What can you say about paintings by Rubens or Kustodiev?

Ladies who arrogantly gaze at the audience from the pictures, surprise our contemporaries with magnificent forms and make us ask the question: “And it was considered beautiful?” There were times, whole centuries, when people believed that an ideal body was complete, without sunburn, with aristocratic pallor. After all, if a person is fat, it means that he eats well and does not have health problems.Today, the opinion about the ideal figure is diametrically opposite.

What is the concept of perfection today?

Open any magazine, play a video clip or movie. The ideal male body appears as a fat-free pile of muscles, best of all hairless and tanned. Ideal men are not very similar to those we see on the streets. But we do not believe that there is something wrong in the current situation. On the contrary, we accuse the average man of being lazy and unwilling to become a cover guy.

What does the ideal female body look like? This is the angel who presents us with the perfume from “Victoria Secret”. If for some reason you do not know what such a girl looks like, then let us clarify that this is a tall, slender beauty with cubes on her stomach, large breasts and long pumped legs. An ordinary girl from the street most often looks completely different, but it is she who is to blame for her “imperfection”, and not the advertisement and the promoted image of the “ideal”.

Should we strive for the ideal?

A person must definitely strive for something, because this is the meaning of life – to achieve something by improving. But these should be your desires and ideals, not images slipped into you in a beautiful cover.

Do you want a Mercedes? Do you need it, an expensive car under a well-known brand, or are you just a means of transportation, at times cheaper, that will move you around the city? Perhaps you need a bicycle, but fashion tells you to buy you an expensive car for fabulous money. Or clothes, for example. Looking for signature Dolce Gabanna jeans for hundreds of dollars? Or ordinary trousers made of the same fabric, but without a name label, are fine?

With the figure, the situation is the same. The ideal body is a myth, a fictional image that makes millions of people spend money on fitness rooms, beautiful miniature clothes, special supplements or special, “right” food. There is and never has been a perfect figure to be emulated or emulated.

Which shape can you take as a reference?

Why can’t an ideal body be considered a model, a photo of which can be seen on every page of magazine publications? Why not, you are free to choose. However, there is something that is natural and more easily achievable, and there is a picture that is very far from reality.

Take the ideal body of a man as an example. What do modern young people do in life? What they are not doing! IT specialists, lawyers, managers, builders, salespeople .. To fit the type from the movie “300 Spartans” or “Troy”, a man should not leave the gym (or participate in the incessant wars with the use of cold weapons and wearing chain mail, as did the ancients Greeks), eat sports supplements, and even better use hormone-containing steroids. Are the six cubes on the stomach and the muscular legs of such victims worth? Can an ordinary young man work in the office during the day and run to the gym in the evening in order to be the “cover guy”? Hardly. Therefore, this example is unnatural. To be beautiful and have a moderately athletic body, a man should visit the gym, but without fanaticism. You should also eat right, but not be zealous in taking sports supplements, so as not to harm your health.

Become the woman of your dreams

What does an ideal woman look like? Today it is a living Barbie doll. But every girl knows what a chiseled waist and extremely low weight are worth – an almost complete rejection of tasty things in favor of vegetables and physical activity. And then all your efforts will be wasted if you were born short or with short legs. So is it worth chasing something ephemeral? Is it worth controlling every calorie, extending hair and nails, enlarging lips and breasts just to match the picture?

Everyone chooses their own answer, but it is best to live a healthy lifestyle, feel good and feel beautiful.Of course, if you are very much unhappy with something in yourself, that is, cosmetics and surgeons, but it is unlikely that nature would have created an imperfect creation. Each person is beautiful, having his own characteristics and birth data, traits and parameters, and everyone can become happy without changing anything in himself.

Ideal body weight

Another of the greatest deceptions on the planet is the fiction that there is a certain ideal weight. Someone, considering himself wise and knowledgeable, decided that he is able to calculate the ideal weight for every person on Earth, without seeing him.And now the mechanism is launched – a book is being written, another diet is being created, the school of the ideal body is opening. Do you need this to be happy? Believe me not! At the natural level, you are endowed with such immense wisdom that an entire army of scientists is simply powerless. No one can calculate your ideal weight, and therefore it is better not to pay attention to advertisements and promises. The ideal body school will not bring you closer to perfection, because it simply does not exist.

At the same time, you can independently and completely free of charge practice your favorite sport or simply lead an active lifestyle, eat healthy and tasty food and be very attractive at the same time.

How can you become perfect, even for yourself?

When you discard the stereotypes and patterns of the ideal imposed on you, you will understand that you still want to be perfect, but it will be your desire, not something that comes from outside. So, are there any rules, observing which, you can become the happy owner of the ideal look? In fact, there are no rules, but there are some principles, following which, you will easily keep yourself in shape:

1. Try not to eat three hours before bedtime.

2. Your daily meal should be protein. An example of an ideal evening meal is an omelet, a portion of cottage cheese with sour cream, boiled chicken breast. Of course, you can have dinner with something else, a slice of pizza or a chocolate bar for example, but you will not get enough and then eat something else afterwards.

3. Do I need to count calories? After all, it is on them that most diets are tied. It’s boring enough. The best thing is to just learn to eat healthy food and not do mental calculations. Correct and healthy foods are lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, vegetables.By eating food made with these ingredients, you will not feel hunger or gain weight.

4. Sweet is one of the most painful questions. If you love sweets and cannot live without them, then, of course, you will not be able to find the figure of your dreams. It is chocolate, baked goods and candies that are wasted energy that turns into fat on the sides and belly. Fruits are a good alternative to confectionery, but they shouldn’t be overused either. Let two or three fruits a day become the norm for you.

4. Sports. Don’t think it’s boring! It is not necessary to go to the gym, because maintaining an active lifestyle can well be compared with exercising on simulators. What do you like – cycling or rollerblading, leisurely walks, swimming? Do what you like and be beautiful.

And finally

In this article you did not see the numbers and parameters that characterize the ideal body. If you need precision, the modern world will happily provide you with the “right” combinations, but do you need them? what should be the ideal male body – beauty

Although the aesthetics of the male body was praised in ancient times, now it is increasingly bypassed.Brutal athletes and men from the covers of gloss seem to women as unreal as women from the pages of magazines seem unreal. Sadly, but true, there are many more requirements for the female body than for the male in everyday life, but this does not mean that there are no standards for men at all.

If you ask any woman on the street what she likes most about men, she will talk about his human qualities and indicators of social success. It is not often possible to hear something sane about the appearance of the chosen one, since it is not customary to talk about it. And completely in vain. Psychological research, meanwhile, reveals the true female preferences and proves that for women the physical beauty of the chosen one is no less important than for the man the beauty of his lady.

According to opinion polls, the sexiest and most attractive part of the male body is the buttocks. Men’s buttocks occupy the first line of the rating among those that are primarily paid attention to by women who evaluate objects of the opposite sex.Hands and eyes justly follow after them.

In general, the sensitivity of the male figure at the instinctive level is quite unambiguous. Just as female beauty is subconsciously associated in men with health and the ability to give birth to full-fledged offspring, so male beauty dictates all the same thoughts. Of course, not everyone admits to them, and the choice is sometimes so small that you have to make concessions. Nevertheless, according to polls from the British University of Brunel, the ideal figure of a man looks like this: tall, wide shoulders and chest, narrow hips. That is, the classic V-shaped figure, the figure of Apollo Belvedere and all the typical magazine beauties. By the way, narrow hips in men are not only an aesthetic issue, but also a psychological one. This is not in some way a matter of nature. Men with wide hips are subconsciously perceived by the opposite sex as effeminate.

Men themselves, who are preoccupied with their appearance, and not only eat pizza while lying on the couch, most often strive for muscle relief. And they strive, again, thanks to instincts rather than social canons of beauty.A mighty torso, traced pectoral muscles and abdominal muscles – the ability to do this is inherent in the male body by nature. But I must say, not every man is lucky in terms of physique. There are three types of male body. Endomorph men naturally have wide hips, short limbs, a round face, and a short neck. The endomorph’s body tends to accumulate fat according to the female principle. It is not surprising that this type of men is the most unclaimed among women. To achieve a good body, an endomorph needs to plow in the gym like a galley slave. What can not be said about mesomorphs, which are written to charm women with their athletic forms. These men naturally have a well-defined muscle relief that grows rapidly. The third type – ectomorphs – thin men with long limbs, thin muscles and a small fat layer. Muscle mass gains slowly. It is almost impossible for an ectomorph to become a classic jock.

Perfect body.
