What is urethritis?

Urethritis (YOO-ree-THRI-tis) is an inflammation of the urethra, which is the tube that carries urine from the bladder to the penis then out of the body (see drawing).

Who gets it?

Urethritis is most common in men 15 to 35 years of age. It can be caused by sexually transmitted infections (STIs), such as gonorrhea (gon-oh-REE-ah) and chlamydia (klah-MID-ee-ah). It can also be caused by irritation. In most cases, an exact cause is not found.

How do I know if I have it?

You may have pain while you urinate or have a discharge from your penis. The end of your penis may itch or swell. If you have these symptoms, you should see your doctor. He or she will examine you and test any discharge from your penis. You may also need to give a urine sample.

How is it treated?

Urethritis is usually treated with a combination of antibiotics. In most cases, this will cure your symptoms.

Your doctor may wait to treat you until your test results are back. If you have an infection, your doctor may want to do blood tests for other STIs, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis (SIF-ih-lis), and hepatitis B. Your doctor will tell you how to contact your sexual partners so they can be treated.

What can I expect?

You should avoid sex for one week after starting the antibiotics and until after your sexual partners have also been treated.

You should follow your doctor’s directions exactly when taking antibiotics. This may mean avoiding certain foods and drinks, like dairy products and alcohol, or not taking certain medicines or vitamins. Make sure to finish all of your pills even if you feel okay, unless your doctor tells you to stop.

If you do not have an infection, your doctor may tell you to avoid other things that can irritate the urethra. These include:

  • Spicy foods

  • Perfumed soaps, body washes, lotions, or lubricants

  • Overly vigorous or frequent masturbation or sex.

You should also drink plenty of water. Tell your doctor if you do not feel better within one week after finishing treatment.

How can I prevent urethritis?

Practice safe sex by:

  • Using condoms correctly every time you have sex

  • Not exchanging money or drugs for sex

  • Not having sex after drinking alcohol or taking drugs

  • Limiting your number of sexual partners.

Urethritis, Infec Vs Inflam (Adult Male)

You have urethritis. This means an inflammation in your urethra. The urethra is the tube that drains the urine out of your bladder through the tip of the penis. Urethritis is most often caused by a bacterial infection. The infection may be from a sexually transmitted infection (STI). But other things can also cause it. These things include irritation from soap, lotion, deodorant, or spermicides. The cause of your urethritis is uncertain.

Women with urethritis often don’t have symptoms. Men are more likely to have symptoms. Symptoms can start within 1 week to a month or more after infection. Symptoms can include:

  • Burning or pain when urinating
  • Your penis feels irritated
  • Pus coming from your penis
  • Pain and possible swelling in one or both testicles

Urethritis caused by bacteria is treated with antibiotics. Urethritis may clear up in a few weeks or months, even without treatment. But if you don’t get treatment, the bacteria that cause the infection can stay in the urethra. Even if symptoms go away, you can still have the infection. And you can spread it to others.

Your sex partner or partners also need to be treated. This is true even if they have no symptoms. You can get infected again if they aren’t treated and you have sex with them. Your partner should call his or her healthcare provider to be looked at and treated.

Your urethritis may also be caused by things other than bacteria. These causes include:

  • Chemical irritation from a product used in the genital area. This might be soap, lotions, deodorant, or spermicides. Symptoms often get better within 3 days after the last time you used the product.
  • Damage to the urethra caused by vigorous sex or masturbation
  • Damage to the urethra caused by inserting an object into it. This could happen during surgery in the hospital. A thin, plastic tube (catheter) is put into your bladder to let urine to drain from the bladder during the surgery.
  • Long-term (chronic) urethritis that lasts for weeks or months, or goes away and comes back. This kind of urethritis may be caused by a narrowed urethra. Or it can be caused by an untreated bacterial infection. You may need to see a specialist for diagnosis and treatment.

Home care

These guidelines will help you care for yourself at home:

  • Stop using any soap, lotions, or other chemicals that may cause irritation.
  • If you were given antibiotics, take them until they are all gone, or until your healthcare provider tells you to stop. Finish the antibiotics even if your symptoms go away. This is to make sure the infection has completely cleared up.
  • Don’t have sex until both you and your partner have finished all of the antibiotics, and your provider tells you that you can’t pass on the infection.
  • You can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain, unless you were given a different pain medicine to use.  If you have chronic liver or kidney disease, talk with your provider before taking these medicines. Also talk with your provider if you’ve had a stomach ulcer or GI bleeding or are taking blood thinner medicines.
  • Don’t give aspirin (or medicine that contains aspirin) to a child younger than age 19 unless directed by your child’s provider. Taking aspirin can put your child at risk for Reye syndrome. This is a rare but very serious disorder. It most often affects the brain and the liver.
  • Learn about safe sex practices and use them. The safest sex is with a partner who does not have an STI and only has sex with you. Condoms can help keep you from getting some STIs. These include gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV. But condoms can’t guarantee you won’t get these diseases.

Follow-up care

Follow up with your healthcare provider, or as advised. If an STI culture was taken, call as directed for the result. If you are diagnosed with an STI, follow up with your provider or your local health department. You should have a complete STI screening, including HIV testing. For more information, call the CDC-INFO at 800-232-4636.

When to get medical advice

Call your healthcare provider right away if any of these occur:

  • You don’t start to get better after 3 days of treatment
  • You can’t urinate because of the pain
  • Rash or joint pain
  • Painful sores on the penis
  • Enlarged, painful lumps (lymph nodes) in your groin
  • Testicle pain or your scrotum swells

can the urethra be hurt from masturbation? – Urology

Hi,

Most urethral injuries occur in men. Common causes include pelvic fractures and straddle injuries. Rarely, urethral injuries can be self-inflicted when a person inserts a foreign object directly into the urethra. However, some injuries to the urethra are limited to bruising. Injury to the urethra can also tear the lining, resulting in leakage of urine into the tissues of the penis, scrotum, abdominal wall, or perineum. The most common symptoms include blood at the tip of the penis in men or the urethral opening in women, blood in the urine, an inability to urinate, and pain during urination.

Complications that can result from urethral injuries include infection, bleeding, permanent narrowing , erectile dysfunction, and uncontrollable loss of urine.
The diagnosis of a urethral injury is usually confirmed by retrograde urography, an x-ray taken after a radiopaque dye is instilled directly into the end of the urethra. At this point refrain from too much force. If it persists, it would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor or be referred to a urologist to rule out other causes.

Take care and regards.

Take care and regards.

Interesting but what is the answer to the above question?  “can the urethra be hurt from masturbation?”

Thanks

Unless the masturbation is quite aggressive I don’t see how the urethra can be injured.  A burning sensation is more likely to be due to prostatitis or urethritis unrelated to the masturbation.  Some people stick things down their penises and depending on the object and the circumstances, that could cause some urethral irritation.

I am 45 and have masterbated since I was 14. I am not a medical professional. I was wondering myself if my masturbation habits could be a factor in the development of my urethral stricture and I guess at this point in my life, it’s worth stopping masturbation to find out if the pain caused by urethral stricture ceases. I shall repost the results.

Dr how of me my urethra opening has enlarged (there is no pain) and am convinced its caused by me masturbeting it has really widened to an extent that its almost passing the lining well I was circumcised (a year and some 5  months back)  and am wondering if it can be restored to its normmal size and how? And if am not headed for any further complexities

I have the same problem . Urethra had like a cut/bruise  ,i blamed it on too much masterbation but innreality it was after masterbation.  I use toilet paper or any kind of of tissue and go inside and clean it  use to burn when ejaculating and pissing yellow pee when i was dehydrated but not clear or pale pee. So now i dont masterbate alot or go rough . Just soft pull and clean the outside and pee the inside out. Drink alot of water and turmic if you have inflammation

It happens to me when my bladder is too empty, an intense burning feeling. It makes me wanna urinate more to clear it, and that just prolongs the pain, feels better after a couple minutes if you just relax.

I’ve burning in my urethra and frequent urinate what can cause this, and yes I masturbate a lot…(shame that I can’t control this anymore)

It sounds like you have some type of urinary tract infection. Please see a Dr. I don’t think this is caused by masturbation, but once the urethra is irritated, nasturbation probably aggravates it. By the way, masturbation is a normal activity for men, women, young or old, so unless it’s excessive & interfering with other parts of your life, it’s not a problem.

Me too..  I was recently diagnosed of a UTI..  I had chills and back pains too…  I took a test and completed my antibiotic course..  The infection was gone but i kinda masturbated weeks later and my urethra was burning me.   I revisited the doctor, took a test but came negative of any bacterial..  A week later it went on its own only to return after 13 days..  This time i didn’t masturbate cos i quitted cos of my previous experience…

I’d say this the more you masturbate it isn’t good. I used too jack off up 2-3-4-5 times a day for months and I’ll say Your penis start too lean deciding on the hand you use. Peeing becomes uncomfortable. The hand you use that side of your penis on the inside becomes less reactive to feels (example rub just your fingers up and down on the dominant side you masturbate and then on the side you don’t you can feel the difference.) overall just stop masturbating in the long run you penis is healing
due to It being Un naturally erected and the moment you finally release your self too whatever gender you have sex with the feeling is un comparable too jerking off so take it from me honest stop jacking and you and your penis will feel a whole lot better and if it is curved and you stop jacking of course make sure you lean it when you can the opposite side and place it in your pants the opposite side of the lean and it’ll come back straight just be dedicated and DON’T BEAT YOUR MEAT NO MATTER HOW FINE THE GIRL OR GUY IS!! Hope I help someone out in the world

No, masturbation is not a “bad habit. ”   It is completely normal, and beneficial in a number of ways, for human beings.  (Remember the old joke:  95% of men admit to masturbating;  the other 5% are liars.)  Most sources encourage it for both men and women (married or single) to get to know one’s body and sexuality…and for its calming, relaxing effect.  Many medical sources are now saying that releasing “excess” semen by masturbation is healthful, perhaps even possibly to the point of helping ward off cancer.  Is there such a thing as OVERmasturbation?  Not likely, assuming that it doesn’t take over one’s life entirely and cause one to neglect other interests and duties.  And in fact, normally the body will prevent it because of the refractory period (temporary inability to achieve erection, orgasm, ejaculation at too short intervals).  Do it, enjoy it.   ~   But as for urethral pain, enlargement, and or/constriction (i.e., any sort of injury) it may be important to know whether you are circumcised.  Circumcision ablates (removes) up to 20,000 pleasure-specific nerve endings in the foreskin, as well as always the ridged band (you can google it) and generally the pleasure-producing frenulum.   Because of that, many circumcised men in order to achieve more stimulation to bring on orgasm rub across the relatively sensitive meatus (urethral opening) on each stroke.   It is logical to assume that years of that type of friction might well result in urethral/meatal problems.  It’s worth considering, anyway.  ~  Curvature of the penis due to years of masturbation with the same hand?  It does seem logical and credible (“As the twig is bent, so grows the tree”), but the question appears to be infrequently brought up—and all sources which do, so far as I have seen, deny the possibility.  Perhaps arguing against it are the statistics showing a relatively large number of straight penises…even though those men, too, without doubt indulge in masturbation.

Can you get a UTI from masturbation? An OBGYN weighs in

While quarantine has meant that our vibrators have gotten a little more love and masturbation has become the self-care du jour [insert praise hands emoji], there can be some. ..difficulties that come with over-pleasuring yourself. Like suddenly, out of nowhere, you find yourself in a burn, baby, burn situation in the bathroom. Which begs the question—can you get a UTI from masturbation?

Short answer: there’s can be correlation, but it’s a myth of masturbation that you would get it from your vibrator exclusively. No, there’s a long and winding road. Join us, won’t you?

“UTIs commonly occur in women after sexual activity due to the fact that the female urethra—the passageway that connects the bladder to the outside world and allows for evacuation of urine when you use the bathroom—is short, relative to male anatomy,” says Lucky Sekhon, MD, a fertility specialist and board certified OBGYN from New York City. “This means that bacteria from the skin surrounding the urethra and the outside environment, in general, has a shorter distance to travel to get into the bladder and cause infection.”

Fun, so to recap, that means that sexual intercourse and UTIs definitely go hand in hand, or urethra in. ..you know, it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that your bathroom habits are actually where the problem usually brews.

Related Stories

“Bladder infections can also be provoked or induced by lack of hydration flushing the bladder clear, periodically, and holding one’s urine for too long which leads to the accumulation of stagnant urine where bacteria can proliferate,” says Dr. Sekhon. “One of the ways to prevent UTIs is to ensure you wipe ‘front to back’ to avoid spreading fecal matter and the bacteria it contains such as E-coli from the anal area to the urethral opening.”

There are a lot of feelings I feel about this. First of all, “Stagnant Urine” if 110 percent the name of some terrible New Jersey hardcore band, and I’m so sure I’ve seen them live at some point in my years. Beyond that, this is further evidence on why 2020 may just become the year of the bidet.

Anyway, to answer that precarious question, you can penetrate yourself into bacteria transferring [blech] a UTI.

“When having sex or even when masturbating or using sex toys, there could be transfer of fecal matter residue and associated bacteria frontwards, near the urethra,” says Dr. Sekhon. “Therefore, it is possible that any of these acts could increase the risk of UTI, particularly in women who have other risk factors for developing a UTI–such as pregnancy, which can make someone’s immune system less able to fight off infections, diabetes, or other medical conditions which can impair the immune system’s ability to ward off bacterial infections.”

Luckily the solve is usually pretty easy. When you’re, you know, done poking around in there, don’t be the Sloth Queen and neglect to go to the bathroom all night.

“One of the ways to reduce risk of UTI from sex is to urinate right away after intercourse–this helps to flush any bacteria from the urethral opening before it can get into the bladder,” says Dr. Sekhon. “In theory, urinating after any sexual activity including masturbation or use of sex toys that could transfer bacteria, dirt, fecal matter from ‘back-to-front’ will help to prevent a UTI.

To that point, be Team Front-to-Back when you’re in there and we won’t have to have this discussion again.

All the puzzling things that happen to your body when you masturbate, explained by science

This post is part of Mashable’s Masturbation Week. May is National Masturbation Month, so we’re celebrating by exploring the many facets of self-love.

Cast your mind back to the last time you cracked one out, knocked one off, rubbed one out, masturbated — whatever you call it. You may well have noticed a few rather curious physiological responses that occurred in addition to your own personal pleasure party.

How mutual masturbation can help close the orgasm gap

Things like getting a rash across your chest after you come, one of your testes ascending while you’re jacking off, or not being able to pee afterwards. Granted, we’re often far too preoccupied with our own arousal to pay heed to a lot of these little biological quirks. But, have you ever wondered why they happen?

Mashable spoke to scientists, medical doctors, clinical sexologists, and sex educators to get to the bottom of what your body’s getting up to while you’re pleasuring yourself.

Why can’t you pee immediately afterwards?

After you’re done masturbating, it’s often nigh-on impossible to urinate, even if nature’s call feels really quite urgent. So, what’s up? Dr. Myrtle Wilhite — a physician specialising in sexual health — says this is something that affects people with penises and vaginas because the “same neural arousal system” controls the bladder and “moderates the process of sexual arousal.” While that might sound quite technical, it basically just means that until you’re over your sexual arousal, you won’t be able to pee. “The simple answer is that sexual arousal prevents urination,” says Wilhite. “Until the arousal subsides neurologically, urination can’t happen.”

Fancy getting into the nitty gritty? OK, good. According to Dr. Jennifer Swann, professor of Biological Sciences at Lehigh University, orgasm is controlled by both the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. “The parasympathetic system is irresponsible for dilation of the vascular system with allows for vasocongestion,” says Swann. (Vasocongestion is a fancy word for the swelling of tissues in the genitals during sex, as a result of increased blood flow.) Meanwhile, the sympathetic nervous system is in charge of retaining urine in the bladder to make sure you don’t like, pee when you’re having sex or — if you have a penis — when you ejaculate.

Clinical sexologist Lawrence Siegel says “the body really tries to keep these functions separate” because “uric acid is the main constituent of urine (besides water) and can easily damage sperm if they make contact.”

Why does one testicle sometimes ascend?

This is a peculiarity experienced by people with testes when they’re masturbating. Per Dr. Amin Herati — assistant professor of urology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine — during arousal, “the cremaster muscles that surround the testes start contracting. ” “The activity of these muscles then leads to the testicles ascending during masturbation,” says Herati.

Siegel says that the swelling and ascension of the testes is “necessary to achieve full expulsion or ejaculation.” He says that as sexual arousal increases, vasocongestion makes the testes start to swell. As this happens, the cremaster muscle contracts and the testes are drawn up closer to the body.

Why can people with vulvas keep on masturbating after orgasming?

Well, the TL;DR version is this: people with vulvas can have multiple orgasms, and people with penises usually cannot. Carlin Ross — sex educator at the Betty Dodson Foundation — says: “Women are bottomless pits of sexual pleasure because we can orgasm, and orgasm, and orgasm. (Not all people with vulvas identify as women, of course.) “When you keep going, you hit new levels of pleasure building on your orgasm energy and riding the waves until you’re a heaving, sweaty mess.”

So, why is this? According to Swann, people with vulvas don’t have a post-coital refractory period, which means that they remain sensitive to sexual stimuli and can achieve further orgasms.

Why can’t people with penises carry on masturbating after they come?

Alas, people with penises aren’t typically able to achieve multiple orgasms in a short span of time. This is because they have a refractory period, the period of time it takes to regain sexual sensitivity. “This reduced sensitivity lasts until the body has regained sensitivity to sexual stimuli,” says Herati.

Sex educator Bianca Palmisano says scientists aren’t 100 percent certain why this happens, but some hypothesise that the refractory period is regulated by hormones like like oxytocin and prolactin. “Others suggest that ejaculation reduces the tension in the walls of the seminal vesicles, which causes a negative feedback loop to other organs and nerves, preventing re-arousal for a while,” says Palmisano.

SEE ALSO:

Swann says some research has suggested that this refractory period can be “influences by the senses or cognitive factors.” “There is a response, known as the Coolidge effect, in rodents in which the male response is restored by the presence of a novel female,” says Swann.

Why do you get a red rash on your chest?

Have you ever looked down at your chest after orgasm and seen a red blotchy rash appear? Well, according to Siegel, this response is actually called a “sex flush” and was thus named by the Masters and Johnson research team.

Swann says this rash occurs due to vasocongestion, which not only results in blood flow increasing in one’s genitals, it also occurs in “other parts of the body and skin.”

Ross says the rash is caused by the “blood vessels in your skin dilating from the orgasm.” “An authentic orgasm is accompanied by the release of oxytocin, which reduces cortisol the stress hormone, and oestrogen,” says Ross. “It’s why orgasm is healthy and necessary to lead a happy life.”

Why do previous injuries throb during masturbation?

Ever felt a weird throbbing feeling in body parts you’ve injured, like a broken foot, say? Herati says this is likely because of the way “the brain perceives the source of stimuli.”

If it’s your foot that’s been throbbing, there could well be a rather curious explanation for that. Per Herati, studies “mapping where genital and foot sensation are perceived by the brain” have found the regions are “in close proximity.”

But, if other injured areas are throbbing, it could be a result of vasocongestion, says Wilhite. Blood flow is increased all over the body, and not just in the genitals, during sexual arousal. “Places which have been injured often have an altered blood flow pattern as the result of the injury, so you might be noticing that throbbing more,” says Wilhite.

Why does direct clitoral stimulation sometimes feel too intense?

This sometimes happens when using a vibrator. As you near orgasm, the stimulation begins to feel, well, a little too much. Too much of a good thing, perhaps? Ross says that direct clitoral stimulation sometimes feels too intense because you may have “already had a small orgasm and didn’t recognise it,” or you might need “more lubricant and less pressure.”

Swann says that the clitoris “expands with blood and becomes very sensitive” as stimulation progresses. The clitoris does, however, have a safety mechanism, says Swann. “It retracts into the labial folds to prevent excessive stimulation.”

As Wilhite points out, this experience is “pretty subjective,” and can, of course, happen “whether a vibrator, hand, washing machine, whatever is being used for stimulation.” Wilhite says it happens because the person is “overstimulating the sensory nerve endings which are right at the tip of the clitoris.” If it’s happening, it might be time to ease off the pressure.

Why is your pee a split stream afterwards?

Split-stream urination can happen to anyone, according to Siegel, but it’s “far more prevalent” in people with penises. “After they ejaculate some of the semen remains in the urethra where it thickens and dries out,” says Siegel. “This can form a partial obstruction for the flow of urine, particularly if it is a weak stream.”

Herati seems to be in agreement with this explanation. “The split stream likely originates from retained ejaculate in the urethra causing the urethral wall to collapse and remain partially collapsed during urination.”

Why does your vulva swell up?

The vulva swells up and appears engorged during masturbation because of — you guessed it — increased blood flow! Wilhite says “genital tissue, specifically the clitoral structure, becomes filled with engorged blood and swells under the skin.”

This is our body’s response to “sexually stimulated vasodilation” — the dilatation of blood vessels — caused by nitric oxide, “a gaseous neurotransmitter/vasodilator produced by either cognitive stimulation, direct stimulation/massage or both.”

Now that all your burning questions have been answered, you can get back to doing what you do best — masturbating.

Everything you need to know about your prostate

Hey guys, we know that talking about your prostate can be a little uncomfortable. You might not know where or what it is, or you might have only heard about it in stories about older men having difficulty peeing or the doctor sticking their finger up ‘you know where’ to check on it.

Below, we’ve got all the details about what your prostate is, where it is and what it does. We’ll also discuss how it might change as you age, and any changes or symptoms you should keep an eye on and tell your doctor about.

What is your prostate and what does it do?

Your prostate is a small gland that lives inside your body, just below your bladder. It sits around the urethra, which is the tube that carries pee from your bladder through your penis. Only men have a prostate.

Your prostate produces some of the fluids contained in your semen, the liquid that transports sperm. This liquid contains special enzymes and hormones that help your sperm cells function properly, which means the prostate plays a key part in your fertility. The muscles in your prostate also help push semen through your urethra when you ejaculate.

Enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia)

It’s common for the prostate to get bigger as men age. Around half of men aged over 50 experience ‘benign prostatic hyperplasia’, which means swelling or enlargement of the prostate. This can mean the prostate expands from the size of a walnut to the size of an apricot or even a lemon.

For some men, an enlarged prostate doesn’t cause any symptoms or bother. Others will find that an enlarged prostate causes symptoms, including:

  • difficulty peeing, including getting started or getting a strong or steady ‘flow’
  • needing to pee often
  • needing to pee suddenly, without the normal build up
  • waking up at night to go to the toilet
  • pain or burning when peeing
  • or pain when ejaculating.

It’s important to tell your doctor if you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, even if you’re younger than 50. Some men might worry that these symptoms mean they have cancer, but most of the time, an enlarged prostate doesn’t mean cancer has developed.

Sometimes, an enlarged prostate can be treated with lifestyle changes, like drinking less before you go to bed. Some men will be prescribed medicines to help with the condition, and surgery can also be an option, though this is less common because of the risk of side effects.

Prostatitis

Prostatitis is inflammation of the prostate. It’s different from an enlarged prostate, though some of the symptoms are similar. Prostatitis can cause the prostate to become swollen, tender or inflamed.

Symptoms of prostatitis can include:

  • needing to pee urgently, often in the middle of the night
  • pain when peeing or after you ejaculate
  • blood in your urine
  • lower back pain
  • pain in your rectum
  • a feeling of heaviness behind your scrotum
  • a urinary blockage, which means you can’t pee when you need to.

There are different types of prostatitis. Bacterial prostatitis is caused by a bacterial infection, and can be treated with antibiotics. Then there’s chronic prostatitis, or chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Doctors don’t know yet what causes this condition, but it can be trigged by things like an injury, nerve damage or stress.

Prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian men. In Australia, prostate cancer kills more men than breast cancer kills women, so it’s really important for men to be aware of what it is, what the symptoms are, and what tests are available to assess their prostate health.

Your risk of developing prostate cancer increases as you age. When you’re under 75, the chance of developing it is 1 in 7. By 85, this increases to 1 in 5. The Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australi recommends that all men over 50 discuss testing for prostate cancer with their GP.

Other factors that might increase your risk of developing prostate cancer include:

  • family history: if you have a father or brother who has had prostate cancer
  • hereditary genetic mutations in the BRCA1 or BRCA 2 genes
  • having the genetic condition Lynch syndrome.

Symptoms of prostate cancer

In its early stages, prostate cancer doesn’t necessarily cause symptoms. Men with prostate cancer might experience some of the following symptoms:

  • needing to pee frequently or suddenly
  • finding it difficult to pee, including trouble getting started or maintaining a strong or steady flow
  • feeling like you haven’t completely emptied your bladder after going to the toilet
  • pain, burning or discomfort when peeing
  • blood in pee or semen
  • or pain in the lower back, upper thighs, hips or chest
  • feelings of weakness or numbness in the legs or feet
  • unexplained weightloss
  • feeling tired, short of breath or dizzy
  • a rapid heart beat
  • pale skin.

You’ll notice a lot of these symptoms are similar to symptoms of other conditions, including an enlarged prostate or prostatitis, which is why it’s important to always see your doctor if you notice any of these symptoms or changes.

Types of prostate tests

There isn’t one, simple test that can be used to diagnose prostate cancer. Below, we’ve explained the types of test your doctor might recommend to check your prostate health.

Digital rectal exam (DRE)

Nope, that’s not digital like your high-def TV signal, it’s digital as in fingers (or digits).

A digital rectal exam (DRE) is the kind you’re probably used to seeing as the “butt” of jokes in movies. It’s where a doctor uses their finger to feel the prostate through the wall of the rectum (the tube that carries poo out of your body). Using a glove and some lube for cleanliness and comfort, they’ll feel for swelling, bumps or anything odd that might be a sign of a problem with your prostate.

This test can’t diagnose prostate cancer. It can only give your doctor an indication of your prostate health and may help them feel any abnormalities or changes in your prostate.

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) testing

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) is a protein made by the cells in your prostate. Your PSA levels can be measured using a blood test and give an indication of your prostate health.

A PSA test isn’t a test for cancer. Higher levels of PSA might indicate prostate cancer, but a high reading could also be caused by other conditions. It is also possible to have low level readings and have prostate cancer. This means that a PSA test isn’t enough to definitively diagnose or rule out prostate cancer. Your PSA levels can vary, so your doctor might run this test a few times to compare your results and help determine your risk of prostate cancer.

Ultrasound

An ultrasound is a test that uses sound waves to create a picture of the inside of your body. When looking at your prostate, a small ultrasound probe is put into the rectum to get an image of the prostate. An ultrasound can be used to guide a biopsy procedure.

Prostate biopsy

A prostate biopsy is used to diagnose prostate cancer. It will be done if there are signs of cancer or prostate abnormalities to either diagnose or rule out cancer.

A biopsy involves taking a tiny sample of the prostate for testing, which can be looked at under a microscope. If you need a biopsy, it will be done by a specialist doctor. It can be done under general or local anaesthetic, and either through the urethra, rectum or perineum, depending on what area of your prostate needs testing.

MRI

An MRI, or magnetic resonance imaging, is a type of scan that uses magnets and radiofrequency pulses to create radio signals that form pictures of your body.

An MRI can also be useful for screening and diagnosis of prostate cancer, and can be ordered by a urologist.

Prostate cancer diagnoses and treatment

All cancer is complex, but prostate cancer testing and treatment is particularly complicated.

In some men with prostate cancer, the cancer will grow very slowly, and won’t significantly affect them during their lifetime. Other men’s prostate cancer can grow and spread very quickly. At the moment, there is no test that can tell what type of prostate cancer a man has when he is diagnosed.

Because some treatments for prostate cancer can cause side effects which might impact on quality of life, it’s important for men to discuss with their doctor all their options for testing and treatment, and to discuss these with their partners and families. These might include ‘watchful waiting’, which means waiting to see what the cancer does over time, radiation, surgery or taking medications.

You can read more about what kinds of questions to ask your doctors about prostate cancer testing and treatment on the Cancer Council website.

Staying healthy

Living a healthy lifestyle is the best way to keep your body well and protect against cancer. Read through the Queensland Government’s guide to good health for men of all ages, Men’s health through the decades. Even otherwise healthy men can develop cancer, though, so even if you think you’re super healthy and fit, it’s important to still be alert to symptoms or changes and talk to your doctor about testing.

And one last thing – you may have heard that too frequent masturbation can cause prostate cancer. It’s been studied, and so far there have been no links found between masturbating or having sex too often and prostate cancer. If anything, the effect may be the opposite, but more research is needed to know how and why.

What Is Urethral Sounding and What Are the Health Risks

The pursuit of sexual satisfaction has led to an emerging practice among men known as urethral sounding. This practice involves inserting a glass or metal object or fluid into the urethra. The aim is to enhance sexual pleasure by encouraging your partner to explore your penis in several ways. But health specialists have seen an increase in cases of urethral infections, complaints, and sexual function issues as the practice becomes mainstream.

How Does Urethral Sounding Work?

Medically, urethral sounding refers to inserting an object into the urethra for urological surgery. The process helps to dilate the strictures to provide access to the bladder. Medical experts use sterile metal or plastic dilators in the process. Usually, the procedure helps in removing a retained foreign body within the urethra and bladder.

Beyond the scope of medical practice, urethral sounding is common among individuals for a variety of reasons. It encompasses a sexual habit to heighten sexual pleasure and arousal. According to medical literature, there’s a high risk of injury associated with the practice. The sounding devices can disappear deep into the urethra and no longer be retrieved by the user.

Potential Health Complications of Urethral Sounding

When you insert objects into your urethra, you run the risk of injury and could bring a variety of psychological illnesses upon yourself. Research shows that the practice is becoming widespread, with Google producing more than 5,550 results for the search phrase “urethral sounding.” Most of these come back with complete instructions and diagrams for the recreational procedure.

Injury. There’s variability in the techniques and types of tools people use in recreational urethral sounding. This puts them at risk for urinary tract infections (UTIs), urethral strictures, loss of the foreign body, and healthcare expenditures.

Ordinary household objects people use for this purpose include:

  • Pencils
  • Screws
  • Wires
  • Glue containers
  • Clips
  • Phallus-shaped fruits and vegetables

Most who end up in the hospital complain of their inability to remove the objects after becoming lodged in their genital cavities. Fortunately, the simple act of seeking medical attention in good time reduces the risk of developing significant complications, especially in individuals without mental health disorders. Concerning complications, they include:

  • Penile necrosis
  • Fistulae wounds
  • Perforation
  • UTIs

Unfortunately, some repeatedly injure themselves for sexual gratification, much to the frustration of their healthcare providers.

Psychiatric disorders. Differentiating between individuals with known psychiatric histories and those without is essential. This is because of the forensic implications of the self-introduction of foreign bodies into the urinary tract. The habit could potentially be due to self-destructive behaviors in an individual. If these behaviors aren’t recognized in a clinical setting and a person self-inflicts injury or commits suicide, problems could follow for the clinician, becoming a case of negligent clinical care.

Whether clinicians should perform a psychiatric test on all individuals who come to the emergency room for failed urethral sounding is still controversial.

Much of the literature available on urethral sounding refers to case reports of individuals who experienced harm from the practice. There’s little evidence about the prevalence of the habit in the general population. Still, it could be at 11%, according to a 2012 report. It’s also unknown whether this sexual practice poses any additional health risks beyond the injury that requires immediate medical intervention. An in-depth understanding of prevalent, risk-taking behaviors among people who engage in the practice, though, would help further existing research.

One documented case is of a middle-aged man who reported to the emergency department with a telephone wire stuck in his bladder. This was after he introduced it through his urethra, intending to gratify himself through masturbation. His case required open surgery, unlike in most cases where foreign body extractions are done through endoscopy. The man’s healthcare providers found no evidence of a psychological disorder in him.

Urethral Strictures. Inserting foreign objects in the urethra blocks the productive flow of urine. This leads to other complications like:

In most cases, medical experts will investigate the penis and urethral tube and recommend surgical correction. In extreme cases, implants will be necessary to alleviate pain and pressure and return the penis to its previous abilities.

Is Urethral Sounding Safe?

Men who are interested in urethral sounding for sexual gratification should first understand the issues around it. Introducing objects into this sensitive passageway poses a health risk. They should purchase the items they use from reputable businesses only and embrace proper cleaning practices of those foreign bodies. They also should use lubrications specially designed for sensitive areas.

90,000 Urethral masturbation.Female and male urethral masturbation

This article is about a medical fetish for thrill-seekers. Recently, urinary catheters have become one of his devices; they have begun to be used quite often in terms of sex toys in BDSM. For many, they could be put in a hospital, but this is not at all the same, since there is no appropriate mood and intimate atmosphere. There is a wide range of urinary catheters available in different materials and sizes.

For beginners, I advise you to start with the smallest, so as not to damage the urethra. After all, urethral masturbation is a very difficult procedure that requires a lot of attention to get real pleasure. So the catheters are matched to the size of your urethra. Do not take a larger size, you will do yourself a lot of harm. Your urethra is not a vagina, it does not stretch quickly. If you have a sensitivity to latex, it is better to use catheters made of other materials. How to insert catheters correctly?

The process of inserting a catheter is called Catheterization, it must be done together with a partner !!! And it doesn’t matter if it is male or female urethral masturbation.

You must remember that with such a procedure everything should be sterile, although even in operating rooms there is no complete sterility. You will need a diaper, clean wet wipes, and a catejel lubricant with icecoin (do not use a cream). We treat the urethra with a solution of furacilin, you can use Betadine if, of course, you are not afraid of staining your genitals, the main thing is that the antibacterial agent does not contain alcohol. Wipe the catheter. The person to whom the catheter is inserted should lie on the bed, bend slightly and spread the knees to the side.

Consider an example when a catheter is inserted into a man: the male urethra is S-shaped and about 20 cm long, starts from the opening at the bottom of the bladder, passes through the prostate gland, located inside it, and is located both in the pelvis and inside the genital member; and opens with a hole on its head. There are several parts of the organ: external opening; scaphoid fossa; panel; bulbar; membranous; prostatic (proximal and distal areas). The penis should not be erect, take it and put it towards the navel, begin to gently insert the catheter, move it slowly until you feel a little resistance, the partner needs to relax and push a little, the catheter should pass into the bladder (this is about 4-6 cm) Then fix the catheter and penis with a plaster to the abdomen.

The female urethra has a length of 2.5-4 cm, it starts from the opening at the bottom of the bladder, passes behind and below the pubic articulation, pierces the urogenital diaphragm and opens outward between the labia majora under the clitoris. When the catheter is inserted into the woman, part her labia to see the opening of the urethra, which is located between the clitoris and the vagina, just like a man, slowly insert the catheter and advance it, about 4-6 cm. And fix it with a plaster to any place where you will be comfortable.

After the catheter is inserted, it is slowly removed, while the entrance to the urethra is treated with furacilin.

Often, catheterization is not recommended; urethral edema may occur. It is necessary to stay with the catheter no more than 2.5 hours. Complete sterility is required, catheters should be used only by size. If you and your partner have complete confidence, then dare to try, you will get a lot of new, sharp and unforgettable impressions !!!

“Stop playing on men’s fears!” – Kommersant Voronezh

Urologist, Candidate of Medical Sciences Shakir Fuad, in the best sense of the word, is a citizen of the world. And not only because he was born in Casablanca, he worked in leading clinics in France, Switzerland, Russia. And also because his first education was a classical university physics and mathematics in France with the acquisition of fundamental knowledge of the laws of physics, mathematics, philosophy. Now Dr. Fouad admits that such a global understanding of the nature of things helps him in the medical and surgical practice of a urologist for almost a quarter of a century.

In the early 2000s, Shakir Fuad was one of the first in Russia who began to perform low-trauma laparoscopic kidney surgery and removal of prostate adenoma through an endoscope. Now he is a senior urologist at the Moscow City Clinical Urological Hospital No. 47, and he is in charge of urological departments in several private clinics. And recently, Voronezh residents had the opportunity to entrust a doctor of this level with the most delicate health problems – at the invitation of the Center for Family Medicine “Olymp of Health” Shakir Fuad conducted a urological appointment here and operated on. He spoke about the main blows of fate “below the belt”, how to avoid them, and about his credo in working with patients. And also debunked the “media horror stories” about men’s health.

On breaking the paradigm

– Dear Doctor Fuad, how, based on your experience, is changing the specifics of urological diseases in Russia in the 21st century?

– Doesn’t change at all. The changes are associated only with their better detectability and with our new diagnostic and professional capabilities. For example, before in Russia, there were not so many cases of prostate adenoma, but now this diagnosis is very common and is heard by everyone. Urolithiasis also did not increase. But it is revealed much more often, because we began to do ultrasound of the kidneys more routinely, we still find asymptomatic stones, and we perform operations to remove them using the most advanced low-traumatic techniques.

In addition, in recent years, a whole category of conscientious patients has appeared who themselves go to doctors to assess their health, even if nothing is bothering them yet.But at the time when I was a medical student in Moscow, the overwhelming majority of men went to the urologist with already advanced cases of adenoma, with acute urinary retention. Or here: “Doctor, they inserted a catheter for me, I have been walking with a urine collector for a month and a half, and what next?” The breakdown of this paradigm in Russia began only six years ago. Maybe it was prompted by the resumption of general medical examination. But to be honest, we, urologists, did not feel it too much in our work.

I do not see anywhere and do not hear social advertising about the need to undergo medical examination, including by a urologist.

But everywhere there is a media campaign of advertising of medicines and dietary supplements. If I suddenly turn on the TV, I get the impression that all men in Russia are sick. On each channel: “Pr … t, just be a man!” Just leave the men alone, stop playing on our innermost fears! I am outraged by such aggressive psychological manipulation instead of benevolent and conscientious social advertising. It should contain the main message: you are already a real man and therefore deserve to come to a preventive appointment with a urologist and strengthen your health further. You definitely need to change the alarming message to a positive one.

About partners and celestials

– Have you already met the patients who came to you for a preventive appointment at the Olimp Zdorovya clinic?

– Yes. Today I had a 19-year-old boyfriend without any complaints. He said: “Doctor, I want to know the state of my male health.” I was very happy with this awareness. After the examination, we confidentially talked about the prevention of genital infections, about sexuality in general, about masturbation.About that, unfortunately, it is not customary to discuss with parents.

– It turns out that every man should have a urologist in his environment as a close friend?

– For example, I am happy to be friends with my patients. And with many of them our friendship lasts for years. In general, I am categorically against paternalism in medicine, when a doctor appears as such an indisputable and keeping distance from the celestial. For me, the main person in the clinic is the patient. My entry into medicine began after classical physics and mathematics in France.Every day – lectures on physics, mathematics, philosophy. This knowledge then predetermined my whole frame of mind in medicine: there are no celestials in any social sphere, not in any formation!

Money, status, preferences – everything is nothing in the face of disease. We are all the same here. And my task is to help a person to the maximum, whether he is a deputy prime minister or an electrician.

About urine, vessels and erection

– At what age should a person start visiting a urologist?

– Even if nothing bothers, every man in 40 should meet a urologist. In women, this path lies through regular preventive examinations with a gynecologist. And it is imperative that the urologist examine the little boy, at least once. Also, every adult must pass a general urine test once a year. I always first of all pay attention to indicators of density, acidity. They talk a lot about other health parameters.

Another important marker is glucose and erythrocytes in urine. These indicators should be identified as early as possible in order not to miss the development of diabetes mellitus and tumor processes. If a man is in his 40s, the level of cholesterol in his blood is also important for me. Colleagues are surprised, but this priority algorithm immediately helps to discern many risks. For example, the risk of developing erectile dysfunction and vascular disease.

This is all – a global problem in men’s health, which determines not only sexual strength, but also the work of the heart, visual acuity, hearing and much more.

– That is, problems with erection are predetermined by the state of blood vessels?

– Right.Erectile function or dysfunction is an accurate marker of a man’s overall health. And here the main thing is for the urologist to assess the patient’s complaints about the emerging sexual failures much more deeply and to take care of the general state of his health.

– What in the first place should alert a man in himself before the appearance of “misfires” in his intimate life?

– You must always pay attention to the quality of urination – to the sensations, at the same time, to the force of the urine stream, to the frequency and change in frequency during the day.Night rise to the toilet “in a small way”, even once – this is no longer the norm. Our urinary system works in sync with our circadian rhythms and goes into sleep mode at night. All metabolic processes slow down, and the work of the kidneys also slows down.

And if a person is driven out of deep sleep by the urge to urinate, this is a reason to consult a urologist. I am not saying that it is dangerous, but nevertheless it is necessary to undergo an examination and exclude the presence of a more serious pathology. Or stop its development. Such nocturnal urges in men may be associated with the condition of the prostate gland.Perhaps an adenoma or an inflammatory process develops.

About the manipulation of prostatitis

– And this can then lead to cancer?

– No worldwide study has proven a link between BPH and prostate cancer. These are two separate diseases. But a chronic inflammatory process can really lead to a transformation of the structure of cells. But prostatitis is my least favorite diagnosis, I never abuse it and do not often put it.

But this diagnosis in Russia has become a medical “consumer goods”, a lever to intimidate men, it is exposed “right and left.” After all, with the help of it it is so easy to manipulate the consciousness of a man. Immediately after the diagnosis – a bunch of examinations, medications. The patient immediately becomes as controllable as possible. But I am categorically against the use of intimidation. For me this is unacceptable, for me the patient is an equal partner in the matter of his health.

– That is, prostatitis is not as common as they are afraid?

– Yes, objectively it is much less. But making such a diagnosis has become too often used to achieve completely different goals, among which the patient’s recovery is far from in the first place. In fact, in the life of any man there will be stages in the quality of urination.

Yes, you cannot ignore the symptom, you need to make sure that there is nothing dangerous in this clinical case. And close the topic, and not intimidate the person with unnecessary diagnoses. It is not necessary to make the weaker sex out of men.

– About additional sugar – I understand. What else is the prevention of dental caries and other dental diseases in children?

– More hygiene: brush your teeth twice a day with a brush and paste. After brushing your teeth in the evening, do not drink anything other than water. Any other drink is a reason to brush your teeth again. In the morning we also clean it after eating. Also, the child should have their own separate appliances, dishes that adults will not use. And regular checkups with the dentist.

About infertility, STDs and Mowgli’s syndrome

– Despite all the possibilities of modern medicine and the increased patient “awareness”, there are more and more infertile couples in Russia. Why is our reproductive system getting worse and worse?

– No matter how advanced science and medicine are, it is powerless before the laws of nature. There are global objective processes that trigger the reproduction mechanism. Or they don’t.

– So the laws of nature have changed?

– They have not changed, but are increasingly adapting to human life on earth. As a result of this vital activity – a different level of pollution, radioactive background, collective stress, a different quality of food and water.

Yes, and the lifestyle of a modern man has changed – he is more and more sitting behind the wheel or behind the monitor. And at a deep, I would say, sacred level of the laws of nature, everything also comes into a new correspondence. Including – the quality of sperm changes or ovarian dysfunction develops.

– So, sexually transmitted diseases untreated in time are no longer the main cause of infertility?

– For the past five years, I have seen much fewer cases of STDs than 20 years ago. This is probably the result of the higher sexual culture of Russians and hygiene in general. During the difficult 2020 year, everyone has become more responsible for their personal hygiene. As a result, not only STDs, but also ARVI, gastroenteritis in 2021 is already less.

But I often talk to my patients about Mowgli’s syndrome: he will not die from a wound from a fall from a tree. And the new generation of “sterile man” is at risk of extinction, because any scratch will turn into sepsis.

However, if Mowgli finds himself in a metropolis, he will die from the first strain of influenza that “got” to him.In general, you need to keep a balance in everything, observe the rules of hygiene, antiseptics, but not live in a sterile cocoon – that’s for sure.

About women’s secrets

– Women turn to a urologist much less often than men and can endure their intimate problems to the last. For example, urinary incontinence. Some are ready to live “on the pads”, but just not admit the problem. What’s wrong with patient awareness?

– This is not a Russian, but a global problem. In France, of course, a woman is psychologically freer and therefore treats all disruptions in the body with greater care. But believe me, some French women will not go to the urologist either and will hide such a problem. And in Russia this is generally a closed female topic.

As a doctor, I observe and understand why many beautiful Russian women in communication involuntarily shrink when they cough. But they themselves will never tell about it. However, today at my appointment was a 60-year-old patient from Voronezh and admitted that she was “leaking urine.”

– What is the problem?

– With a weakening of the tone of the tissues, including the prolapse of the walls of the vagina.Indeed, with age, not only the skin loses its elasticity, but also all internal structures become looser, flabby. Therefore, physical activity during menopause is so important: fitness, yoga, swimming, walking in the fresh air, sex – any activity that tightens muscles, strengthens the general tone of the body.

Today’s patient came on time – she does not yet need surgical correction of the urethra. We prescribed the woman a course of so-called biofeedback – this is the latest method of urological physiotherapy, which helps to train and increase the tone of the pelvic floor muscles. All command centers are learning to re-control muscle tone. And if the loss of urine during incontinence is already significant, then an operation must be performed – today it is minimally invasive and less traumatic. But without it, urine will no longer “leak”, but will flow more and more. Bacteria will join, an unpleasant odor, ulcers are formed. Without urological care, this is an irreversible process.

So why hide and endure from the very beginning? By the way, the universal laws of hydrophysics work in the mechanism of urinary incontinence and in urology in general, which I loved very much at a classical university in France and thanks to which I later chose my profession.

About the robot and the person “number one”

– Dr. Fuad, you have performed more than one and a half thousand urological surgeries, one of the first in Russia to introduce high technologies into urology, became a pioneer in robotic surgery using the Da Vinci device. How is it for you to work on the equipment of the Olimp Zdorovya operating room now?

– The first thing I did on arrival was to go up to the operating room of the clinic. I had to understand if I could operate here. Yes I can. The clinic is equipped at a very decent level for high-tech operations. There are excellent endoscopic, laser equipment from Germany and Japan for the safest, most accurate and minimally invasive interventions.

Indeed, back in the early 2000s, in order to remove kidney stones, we performed extensive operations with large incisions. Then the first to introduce laparoscopy in the urological operating rooms of Moscow clinics. It became possible to remove stones by puncture or get to the ureter using tubular instrumentation through the urethra. These operations are the safest, the recovery period after them is much shorter. In 2012, my team began to implement the Da Vinci robotic installation in Moscow.

I am a staunch supporter of robotic assisted techniques in surgery. With Da Vinci, you can work wonders, carry out the most complex operations with minimal risk to the patient’s quality of life. When the prostate gland is removed on such a device as part of the treatment of cancer, there is a high probability of maintaining an erection in a man.

In France, we already did this with might and main, but in Russia, at first, we suddenly began to meet obstacles at every step. But this is a different story – about intradepartmental competition and about a patient who, unfortunately, in these processes may turn out to be a “by-product”.

Therefore, I repeat, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of equipment and the very philosophy of Olympus Health, where a person is number one in a doctor’s office or in an operating room. In general, I saw openness and self-confidence in Voronezh residents. I saw that my colleagues and I can do unique things here.

P.S. Dr. Shakir Fuad conducts an appointment at Olymp Clinic (Moscow) and Olymp Health (Voronezh).

90,000 How To Have Lesbian Sex For The First Time (NSFW) – Comrade

The editors receive thousands of questions by mail and by formspring from lesbians of all ages who have not had lesbian sex and who are worried that they do not know anything about it. So, listen: to enjoy sex, you do not need to memorize sixteen positions and know the best angle to enter; the pleasure of sex is semi-animal and semi-emotional, and very rarely has anything to do with your rational brain or intellectual reasoning, or whatever is said to you or read on the internet.

Meanwhile, the truth is that one day you will be more confident and more experienced than you are now; it is also true that your body from birth knows how to have sex, just as it knows how to eat and how to walk. Your first time doesn’t have to be special, some of us don’t even remember our first time. Although if you want him to be special, he can be so. But in the end, every woman is different – totally, completely, totally – from the other. So what can we tell you?

However, at the same time – many of us remember the times when sex felt like something awkward, like improvisation, like an incomprehensible sport like badminton.Or as a sport in which we should, according to everyone’s opinion, show results, but we did not. Others, meanwhile, remember that they jumped into the bunk and knew instinctively what to do from the very beginning. Many of us had sex with boys in our teens, and we fucked women for the first time in our early twenties, so it felt like rookies again. Therefore, we understand your desire to know a little more before taking the plunge.

Sex education programs generally ignore female sexuality, let alone queer sexuality. Moreover, while many heterosexuals learn sex together during their teens, many lesbians do not start early and / or are not as socialized in the sexual universe as straights, not to mention that our entire media culture is structured around heterosexual and concerned about him.

So back to basics. Still, while we are writing this text, we are a little worried that we do not have the slightest idea about the subject of the conversation.

Masturbation

Don’t know how to please a girl? Good news! YOU ARE YOUR GIRL.Lesbians have the advantage of being able to train on themselves – she may not necessarily enjoy the same as you, but you can start with that. Most likely, you and your shower know everything well from childhood. If you are an experienced masturbator, more than anything else, it will help you become a wonderful lover. You will know how she can satisfy you, and you will get an idea of how to satisfy her.

Bonus: You can touch yourself without taking off your pants and underwear (you can open your pants, but you shouldn’t take them off).

Note: When you are horny, you may feel warmth or blush / blush. The nipples will become hard, the clitoris will be bloodshot, and the entire vagina will enlarge. This is very cool.

Also: Look what’s inside. On the outside, every woman’s vagina is a completely unfamiliar continent, but on the inside they are all quite similar, so this is a good way to find out beforehand.

Reflection

Look at your vagina in the mirror. Now you will read this, you will think “OH FIR-TREE FOR ANYTHING” and you will not do anything. Pull yourself together. Put a fucking mirror between your legs and see!

Understand your vagina

While you’re sitting in front of a mirror, let’s explore the anatomy of a cisgender woman’s vagina.

Clitoris. The clitoris consists of the head (the most sensitive part, where 6,000-8,000 nerve endings are located), the hood (covering the head) and the body (an average of 1.9 centimeters in length).Almost all women can orgasm from clitoral stimulation.

Labia. Large and small. The labia minora are asymmetrical, delicate folds of soft, spongy erectile tissue within the labia majora. Some small ones peek out of large ones, some are hidden inside. The length and shape of the labia is the first thing that will help you make sure that every woman’s vagina looks different.

Vagina. The entrance to the vagina is below the clitoris and the opening of the urethra (where urine comes out).Vaginal tissue is elastic, you probably heard that children can come out of it, and their fists can go in. Most of the nerve endings are in the first third of the vagina (ie: don’t worry if you have small hands, that’s bullshit).

Point G. Stick your finger into your vagina. Now make a “beckoning” motion towards the anterior wall of the vagina. Do you feel a point with a texture that is different from the rest? It is a bean-sized sponge that fills with blood during arousal, right in front of the uterus. Some women find the G-spot stimulation too intense, some hate it, some love it, some orgasm from it, and some may even have female ejaculation from it.
Crotch. The flat part between the labia and anus. For some women, this area is sexually sensitive.

Haircut

Hair. The general consensus at headquarters is that naturalness plus a little haircut is fine, but many prefer to remove some or all of the hair down there.Tips:

  • Waxing is the best / cheapest way to avoid ingrown hairs. Depending on your skin tone and sensitivity, waxing can give your skin a cute glow all day long, so schedule it in time.
  • If you shave, you may experience severe irritation that looks like a lot of red bumps.
  • If you shave a day or two before you hook up, the woman who comes downstairs to you will poke her face into the sandpaper.

Hands. Make sure your nails are as short and well-filed as possible. Keeping your hands mega-extra-super-duper-clean is the most important thing. For increased safety, rubber gloves are suitable.

Vagina. Actually, your vagina smells great already! Don’t wash or try to make it smell like calendula. She will smell stronger if you haven’t taken a shower or you are really sweating, which is good (note: her scent on your fingers is magical). However, if your vagina smells pungent of fish and your partner smells that smell through her pants from across the room, go see your gynecologist.

To be honest, we don’t want you to read any further. You better figure it out yourself, as we did! Honey, this is very cool, and you will have the opportunity to be naked or half-naked with another woman. Aha ?! Sex will work best when you stop thinking and let your body think for you!

There are at least a thousand more sexual lotions that we can advise you for the rest of your sex life (for example!), But now everything will be very simple and vanilla.

Talk

Just because you are both women does not mean that she likes the same thing as you. You can both let each other know what you like and what you don’t like with words, sounds, or physical reactions. Feel free to ask or take the initiative. It’s like a hot / cold game, naked and adventurous! To re-ask “what would you like?” – just what you need. As well as laughing. We highly recommend laughing a lot.

Prelude

There are many things above the waist to explore, like the CHEST and ears, playing with these body parts in a fun way PLUS this is a good way to get aroused before direct vaginal contact (if you want it). Some women can orgasm from stimulation of other parts of the body, not just the vagina.

Manual clitoral stimulation

Good for a start. Self-explanatory enough. Again – some women want your hand to work like a vibrator, and some – so that they are only very delicately touched. Find it out yourself!

Oral sex

Oral sex is so cool you can’t even believe it. As if the mouth was created for this – or is it still an invention of mankind? It will be either a “seed” or “what is needed”, each woman will have her own way.It can be combined with G-spot penetration / stimulation, but we’re starting with the simplest today, so again, have fun. Sometimes, if you have problems with the perception of your appearance, you may feel insecure when you are being licked. So close your eyes, it’s okay.

Penetration

When in doubt, start slowly, softly, and delicately, and continue to the desired rate of speed and severity. Make sure she is wet before infiltrating.

  • Start with one index finger, first I will trim it, then until it stops, and then insert the second finger if she wants (then, if she wants, the third, and so on). Take your time, give her time to react.
  • Pay attention to the rest of your fingers! If your index / middle finger is inside, is your thumb resting on your inner thigh? Check it out.
  • Some women, for various reasons, do not want penetration – discomfort, gender identity or gender expression, preference for a particular sexual role (for example, “I am fucking you, but you are not fucking me”).If this is about you, and your partner enters this territory, politely remove her hand and tell me where to touch you (or where you want to touch her).

Frottage

Now your first desire may be to stick your hand between her pants and body (maybe you saw it in The L Word), but this is just one of a thousand magical ways a girl can fuck another girl. You will discover 365 ways to caress her without taking off your clothes (you can leave your clothes on, it will be easier this way, but you definitely need to take off your shirt, it’s more fun). You can simply rub against any part of her body or rub against each other with vaginas – this is enough for the rest of her life.

  • PLEASE PLEASE I beg YOU, don’t compare body parts. Compliments are awesome! But do not give free rein to the desire to compliment her body parts with an appreciation of your own.
  • If you are dealing with gender non-conforming girls, it is best to ask what fits and what doesn’t before hookup.
  • You have the right to feel safe and comfortable, which means that consent — above all, as well as safe sex — talk to your partner about STIs before jumping into bed.

Lists

Body parts that may be erogenous OR non-erogenous:

  • Ears
  • Neck
  • Nipples
  • Inner thigh
  • Feet
  • Arms
  • Booty
  • Loin

Some women may and some may not:

  • want penetration
  • getting an orgasm from penetration
  • ejaculate
  • use sex toys
  • Enjoy G-spot stimulation
  • need manual clitoral stimulation to get orgasm
  • prefer for this clitoris stimulation AND vaginal penetration
  • enjoy anal penetration
  • use strapons
  • getting an orgasm in principle
  • identify as “stone”
  • fantasize while having sex
  • identified as “bottom” or “top”
  • identify as “butch” or “fem”
  • want to completely strip for sex
  • want to have sex in the light
  • want hard sex

What can happen the first time and shouldn’t scare you:

  • Cumshots that literally wet your entire bed (it’s not piss, honestly) (yes, that’s cool)
  • Farting or vaginal sounds
  • Lack of orgasm
  • Lack of grease
  • Penetration voltage
  • Bleeding from ruptured hymen
  • Orgasm occurs after half an hour or more
  • Hand gets tired
  • Crying
  • Laughter
  • Feelings
  • Lack of Feelings
  • Lack of feeling that the world has changed
  • Feeling that the world has changed
  • Feeling that you and your partner have moved to a new level of intimacy
  • Disliked

Try not to be too ambitious.A lot of people don’t end the first time. If none of you have finished, there will still come a moment when you will feel that everything is over; it may sound strange, but it happens. Stop at any time, as you would stop any physical activity – when tired. Laugh, don’t dress, kiss, talk. Hug! Lesbians love to hug. Or ask her to show her how she masturbates herself, and vice versa: Mutual masturbation is a good plan “B” in case you both want to cum, but this time it is clearly not working.Plus, it’s very exciting to watch what she does to herself!
