Vicks Active SymptoMax – a hot drink to quickly reduce hyperthermia and relieve pain in acute respiratory viral infections, combines 2 active ingredients: paracetamol, which is an analgesic and antipyretic agent, and phenylephrine hydrochloride, which has a vasoconstrictor effect, reduces swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa. Vicks Active SymptoMax effectively helps relieve symptoms of SARS and flu, such as hyperthermia, headache, pain and body aches, nasal congestion and sore throat. The composition of Vicks Active SymptoMax Plus, in addition to paracetamol and phenylephrine, includes guaifenesin, which has an expectorant effect.
