    • to fight cellulite – do body wraps after wiping the skin with a 1:1 solution, or massage using a 1:3 mixture of vinegar and vegetable oil instead of a cream;

    • moisturize dry and damaged hair – prepare a solution of water with vinegar for rinsing in the proportion of a liter per st. l., such a tool saturates the cells with minerals.

    We also offer an unusual chickpea peeling for problem skin. Its preparation will take 2-3 minutes, you can use the composition before the massage, and as a separate procedure.

    How to use for weight loss

    Apple cider vinegar speeds up the metabolism and contains pectins, which reduce appetite, and the drunk liquid fills part of the stomach. Therefore, the drink helps to fight excess weight. Dilute 2 tsp. product in a glass of water and consume three times a day 20-25 minutes before meals. Of course, you do not need to drink such a solution constantly, but for a maximum of two months.

    Important

    Do not take undiluted vinegar – it causes burns of the mucous membranes. The recommended proportions must be observed. After this drink, as well as after fruit juices, you need to rinse your mouth with water to protect the enamel of your teeth from the effects of acid.

    And keep in mind that you can’t wait for weight loss only thanks to this remedy – you can’t do without a balanced diet and physical activity.
