This is almost as much protein as grilled chicken breast, which many get tired of in the first weeks of the diet.

The main thing is to prepare seafood correctly, without overdoing it with oil. It can improve the taste of the dish, but not its usefulness.     Studies have shown that fresh anchovies have the highest total purine content (about 410 milligrams per 100 gram serving). Crabs, lobsters, trout and tuna are also at risk. Also in the high purine category are herring, sea bass, mackerel, sardines, scallops and trout. The content varies depending on the type and method of preparation.
