1. Chicken fillet or breast 2-3 pieces
2. Broccoli 500g
3. Parmesan 100g
4. Mozzarella 100g
5. Cream 33% 200ml
6. Thymine, garlic, black pepper, salt 1/4 tsp each.
Cooking method:
1. Grate one hundred grams of Parmesan cheese, add 200 ml of 33% cream, literally a quarter of a teaspoon of thymine and a quarter of ground black pepper, a quarter of a spoon of dried garlic and a quarter of salt. Stir until a homogeneous consistency.
2. Put the chicken fillet in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce. We send it to the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Boil a pound of Broccoli in advance and spread around the edges, add 100g of grated mozzarella in the middle and return to the oven for 10 minutes. You can serve at the table!

  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 70 ml.
  • Cheese – 50 gr.
  • Garlic – 2 teeth
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 20 gr.
  • Salt – 5 gr.
  • Parsley – 20 gr.
  • Water – 30 ml.

Keto Chicken Liver Casserole (per 100 grams):

Calories: 153. 9 kcal.

Proteins: 15.2 gr.

How to Make Keto Chicken Liver Casserole

  1. Add peeled chicken liver to boiling salted water. Add bay leaf, cook until tender, drain in a colander.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork.
