*** Code AUGUST gives you 6% off orders over $40. This offer ends on Tuesday, August 15th, at 20.00 Moscow time + 5% discount to everyone and always on any order using the referral code or the link under the cut.

I bought them for my son. He has very problematic skin. In addition to various external agents, he had to start taking Roaccutane tablets, which help with acne, but at the same time dry the skin very much.
Therefore, I was looking for something on the site that is not very aggressive, but at the same time cleansing and helping with our problems.

Witch Hazel Cleansing Cotton Pads:
Dickinson Brands, T.N. Dickinson, 60 pads, 2.13″ (5.41 cm) in diameter

Manufacturer claims the pads are designed to remove dirt and oil, soothe breakouts and refresh problematic and sensitive skin, damaged or worn, help reduce irritation after shaving without overdrying the skin

Composition : 100% distilled witch hazel extract (containing 14% natural grain alcohol), aloe leaf juice, sodium benzoate.

Hamamelis is a shrub with yellow flowers native to North America. The leaves, branches and bark contain tannins and volatile oils, which are extracted by distillation to obtain an extract. Hamamelis extract helps speed up wound healing and relieve inflammation. It has a strong antioxidant effect, and volatile oils and tannins found in the leaves and branches of the plant have antibacterial properties.
As part of cosmetics, witch hazel softens the surface layer of the skin, helps to tighten enlarged pores, thanks to its antibacterial properties, prevents inflammation. Witch hazel decoctions are often recommended for skin care that is prone to oily, inflammation.

Cotton pads are very generously impregnated with a therapeutic composition, enough for both the face and shoulders. One side is soft, the other is a little rough. No tingling is felt, and redness too. The discs qualitatively clean the skin from the remnants of fat and impurities after washing and prepare it for applying the cream. The skin does not dry out and soothes inflammation well.
The box is small, you can take it with you to wipe and refresh your face if it is sweaty, after sports, for example. They have a slightly unusual smell, probably witch hazel. In any case, the smell on the skin does not remain.
