You drink a lot of alcohol

There are conditionally safe doses of alcohol for men and women. The standard “dose” of alcohol is 25-30 ml of strong 40% alcohol (vodka, whiskey, cognac) or 100 ml of dry wine, or 200-250 ml of light beer.
