#1: Meat Sticks and Jerky
Meat sticks and beef jerky are two of the easiest keto snacks to grab on the go, which is just one reason why they’re at the top of the list here.
Aside from their convenience factor, these great snacks are loaded with protein and the right ones are low carb, which helps you feel satiated and gives you enough energy to power through your day.
You don’t have to settle for artificially made Slim Jims and other highly processed meat sticks either.
Most grocery stores are expanding their selection to include low or no carb options made from high-quality meat sources so they’re perfect on keto.
Some popular brands for low or no carb jerky and meat sticks include:
- Keto Carne. KC’s jerky is made with only three whole-food ingredients and there’s zero carbs or sugars lurking behind the label.
- Brooklyn Biltong. Biltong is essentially South African jerky. But the real difference is in how it’s made. Instead of zapping the meat with heat, it’s dried using air. Brooklyn Biltong’s products are also sugar and preservative free.
- Country Archer. While these meat sticks come with 1g of carbs as opposed to zero in the other brands, you’ll also find more fat, 7g as opposed to 2g, making this option worth the tradeoff.
If you can’t find these brands at your local grocery store, try shopping online at Amazon or Thrive Market for them.
For many people, however, meat sticks and jerky are just too tough on their teeth.
Fortunately, the next on-the-go keto snack gives you a similar macronutrient breakdown without the mouth struggle.
#2: Pepperoni Slices
Pepperoni slices offer the same easy portability as meat sticks and jerky, minus the tough-to-chew part, and their macros are just as good, if not better.
In this Organic Valley uncured pepperoni slices package, a single serving is:
- 110 calories
- 9g of fat
- 1g of net carbs
- 6g of protein
Stash a package of these in your work bag and you’ll be ready to go no matter where you are. But try to make friends to share with because they need to be refrigerated once open.
The next keto snack on the go delivers another solid dose of protein without a side of carbs.
#3: Chicharrones or Pork Rinds
Many people are surprised to learn most chicharrones, or fried pork skins, are not just low-carb, but no-carb.
So while you may find them in the potato chip aisle, their macronutrient breakdown is completely different.
In these keto-friendly 4505 Sea Salt Chicharrones, a single serving is just 80 calories, 6g of total fat, and 7g of protein.
And there’s absolutely zero carbs.
So if you’re craving salty, crunchy potato chips, consider reaching for pork skins instead.
Keep in mind, quality does matter here.
If you can avoid it, don’t be tempted by the cheap chicharrones made with skin from antibiotic-injected animals and cooked in harmful oils.
Splurge on brands — such as Epic and 4505 — that are free of hormones and harmful ingredients and cooked in higher quality oils.
In a pinch, the cheapo brands are good to grab on-the-go, but it pays to snack on high-quality treats and foods long term for your health.
This next category of keto snacks on the go is another great alternative to greasy, high carb potato chips.
#4: Keto Bars
Craving a sweet treat that is also clean, healthy, and keto-friendly? Perfect Keto Bars were formulated for that.
These bars not only have fewer carbs than most “healthy” bars out there, such as QUEST and KIND bars, but they also:
- Contain grass-fed collagen, which supports your skin, gut, brain, nail, hair, and joint health.
- Are formulated to minimize spikes in blood sugar
- Are made from high-quality, clean ingredients that support both health and ketosis
- Taste like dessert. Because they’re made with real ingredients, their flavor is real and delicious.
They’re perfect for taking on-the-go, in your car, in your gym bag, or to the airport. Whenever you crave a sweet keto snack, Perfect Keto Bars are it.
#5: Primal Crackers
Don’t have time to make your own low-carb flaxseed crackers?
Thanks to Julian Bakery’s Primal crackers, you don’t have to.
Made with a mix of organic cheese, flax seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds, these tasty crackers are GMO and gluten-free, and only clock in at 3g of net carbs per serving.
Nosh on them solo or pair them with meat, cheese, nut butter, or low carb vegetables and cheese and you’ll have a filling keto snack.
Or top your crackers with this next ketogenic diet staple.
#6: Olives
You may not have snacked on olives pre-keto, but if you’re going low-carb, they’re definitely a fatty, salty snack you’ll want to keep handy.
And brands like Oloves and Pearls Olives make it easy to get your olive fix on the go.
With pouches and small plastic to-go containers instead of heavy jars, you can take your olives with you and never dread messy oils or liquids spilling everywhere.
Depending on the olives you choose, your snack could pack a dose of healthy fats to the tune of 70% or more of oleic acid, the same monounsaturated fat found in olive oil.
You’ll also find healthy fats in the next two keto snacks.
#7: Raw Nuts and Seeds
You can’t beat the ease of grabbing a handful of high-fat macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, or other raw nuts and seeds when you’re in a hurry.
Thanks to their dry texture, you can toss a serving into a snack bag and tuck them in your gym bag or purse and reach for them whenever you’re hungry.
Nuts are high in healthy fats and have a moderate amount of protein, so you’ll have a filling and healthy snack anytime you eat them. Just make sure to choose the best keto nuts (i. e., lower carb nuts).
Stock up on bags of raw macadamia nuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts and rotate between them to ensure you’re getting a well-rounded combination of nutrients.
As for seeds, the best low-carb ones to use as a portable healthy snack are pumpkin and sunflower seeds. You can find these in almost every grocery store or gas station in a hurry.
If you prefer your nuts and seeds in spreadable form, you’re in luck too.
#8: Perfect Keto Nut Butter
A jar of this mouthwatering nut butter blend of macadamia, cashew, and coconut butter will satisfy any snack craving when you’re at home or work. And don’t forget these single-serving packets of Perfect Keto Nut Butter — perfect of busy days and travel.
Both nuts and seeds contain healthy fats and a moderate amount of protein, so they’re a fast and satisfying snack on a ketogenic diet.
To take it one step further (and control your consumption), you can put your jar of Perfect Keto Nut Butter in the freezer and scrape it when you need a fatty snack.
The next keto-friendly snack group is also low in carbs and high in both flavor and nutrients.
#9: Seaweed and Kale Chips
Baked seaweed snacks and kale chips are another low carb snack option that can help you stick to your ketosis goals while on-the-go.
These two options give you that same light, crunchy texture of other carb snacks like potato chips with a far better nutritional profile.
These Ocean’s Halo seaweed snacks are only 20 calories per serving and 1g of carbs, which is way different than what you’d find in a serving of regular potato chips (i.e., 15g).
Nutrient-rich seaweed snacks also contain vitamin A, B12, and vitamin C, along with iodine, calcium, and iron.
Similarly, kale chips also have vitamin A and C, calcium, and iron, making them another great way to add more healthy micronutrients to your keto diet.
Compared to seaweed crisps, kale chips do contain more carbs so you’ll want to be careful here. These Rhythm Superfood kale chips, for example, have 8g of fat, 8g of net carbs, and 6g of carbs.
Now that we’ve got savory snacks covered, the next six keto snacks are on the sweeter side.
#10: Coconut Chips
While coconut oil seems to steal all the spotlight on a ketogenic diet, you’ll want to make room for crunchy coconut chips in your low carb life too.
Essentially, coconut chips are shaved and toasted pieces of coconut meat.
Even unsweetened varieties have a light, delicate sweetness and a crunchy texture to satisfy your snack cravings.
These coconut chips from Dang Foods are perfect on a keto diet because there’s no added sugars lurking behind the label.
You will have to fork over 5g of net carbs per serving, but after trying them you’ll see it’s well worth it thanks to their fat content. Each serving packs 15g of healthy fat.
Combine coconut chips and your fave nuts with this next snack and you’ll have your very own keto trail mix to tag along on all your adventures.
#11: Keto Chocolate Bark
You don’t have to completely give up on rich, smooth chocolate just because you’re following a ketogenic diet.
You just have to find better versions that don’t include a mountain of sugar in every bite.
Fortunately, that’s not so hard to do.
ChocZero, a premium keto chocolate brand that’s low carb and sugar free, has both milk and dark chocolate barks to please everyone in the family.
Lily’s is another chocolate brand that uses stevia instead of regular sugar, making it another great choice on a keto diet.
However, in both cases, you definitely want to practice portion control here. Just doubling the serving could kick you out of ketosis if you’re not careful.
And that same message also goes for this next keto snack.
#12: Keto Cups
You’ve probably already noticed fat bombs are all the rage on a keto diet and it’s easy to see why: they’re a quick way to treat yourself and add a few more healthy fats to your diet to keep you satiated and off the cheat wagon.
But, as you may have also tried, making them does require a bit of time and effort.
And since most of them require ingredients like cream cheese, heavy cream, and other refrigerator-only items, they’re not super portable.
That’s why Keto Cups are so awesome; they’re basically like a Reese’s peanut butter cup but they have 13g of fat and only 1g of net carbs per serving (for the original flavor).
Basically a readymade fat bomb, Keto Cups are sweetened with monk fruit extract to keep sugars at just 1g total.
You’ll also find beneficial MCT oil for a brain boost when you’re feeling a little sluggish and want that sugar boost without the subsequent crash.
There’s also one more way to get your chocolate fix on a ketogenic diet.
#13: Roasted Cacao Nibs
Cacao nibs are essentially pure chocolate.
This is chocolate before other ingredients like sugar and milk are mixed in and molded into a chocolate bar like you’re used to chomping on.
So when cocoa nibs are roasted, you get a chocolatey, crunchy snack to satisfy all your sweet cravings.
Plus, since cacao nibs are minimally processed, the antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients like iron and magnesium are still intact, which makes it a more healthy than guilty pleasure.
And each serving of cocoa nibs will only set you back 2g of net carbs and they have an impressive 0g of sugar.
Weight loss never tasted so yummy.
Another keto snack you can enjoy without wrecking your weight loss efforts happens to be cake (seriously).
#14: On-the-Go Keto Cakes (In 6 Different Flavors!)
Mug cakes are a diet staple many keto veterans include in their weekly meal plans.
But, once again, when you’re short on time and need to be out of the house, mug cakes don’t exactly scream “take me with you.”
Fortunately, you can still have a slice of cake on the go thanks to an innovative brand by the name of Nush.
They make low-carb keto cakes you can take anywhere you go in flavors like:
- Pineapple mango cake (4g net carbs)
- Blueberry cake (3g net carbs)
- Peanut butter cake (2g net carbs)
- Banana nut cake (4g net carbs)
- Carrot spice cake (3g net carbs)
- Cherry almond cake (3g net carbs)
Each of those keto cake flavors has just 1g of sugar. How do they do it?
They swap out harmful white sugar for stevia and monk fruit.
And finally, you can swap these cakes for cookies if that’s more your thing.
#15: 3 Keto-Approved Cookies
Cookies are one of the quintessential foods you think of when it comes to quick grab-and-go snacks.
But you’re smart enough to know most cookies are clearly off-limits on keto.
Except for three companies breaking the cookie wheel:
Fat Snax makes three keto-friendly cookies in flavors such as Chocolate Chip Cookie, Peanut Butter, and Lemony Lemon.
Each clocks between 90-110 calories per cookie, contain 4-5g of net carbs, and have 0g of sugar so they’re another safe-to-enjoy-on-keto snack.
Nui also created a keto cookie option in chocolate chip and peanut butter flavors as well as double chocolate and snickerdoodle cookie favorites too.
Nui’s cookies are also all within the 1-2g of net carb range and they’re both GMO and gluten-free. Each two-cookie serving is around 240 calories and packs about 23g of fat and 6g of carbs.
Quest, a popular brand for keto-safe protein bars and shakes, also has their own cookie line with low-carb options that can work within a ketogenic diet.
You can choose from chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and double chocolate chip flavors this time.
Fair warning, Quest cookies may contain 15g of protein each, but they range between 1-9g of net carbs depending on the flavor you choose (blame the raisins for the 9g).
Another nice perk to the Quest cookies over their bars is that they are softer and easier to chew.
Since these keto-safe cookies don’t contain sugar, they won’t send your blood glucose levels soaring like cookies your pre-keto self used to inhale.
Enjoy Keto Snacks Anytime, Anywhere
Sure, you can find a bunch of these addictive low-carb treats at the gas station or coffee shop when you’re on the road, but that’s not the best plan to follow all the time.
If you head to the grocery store to do your keto meal prep for the week, make sure to stock up on a few of these keto snack options to always have on hand when a craving strikes.
Since I’ve already done the heavy lifting for you, just throw on your carb blinders and focus on hunting down these keto-safe options only.

Pre-packaged, no refrigeration required keto low carb snacks
We’re all busy. There’s always things that need to be done – running errands, driving the kids around, daily work commutes, and of course work itself. These snacks are perfect options to throw in your purse, bag, or backpack. Hell, you could even keep many of these in your car!
The keto low carb snacks listed here are incredibly easy to take with you and eat on the go. They’re also great for keeping on hand in your pantry so that you have something to snack on at home too!
String Cheese
So string cheese is great because it doesn’t have to be eaten immediately after you take it out of the fridge. Don’t get me wrong – you have to store it in the fridge, but it will keep at room temperature in the sealed package all day.
String cheese is a yummy option that’s super portable to keep in your purse or backpack. I wouldn’t recommend keeping this one in your car because of the extreme heats.
Beef Jerky
You have to be careful when you select your jerky. Many of them have lots of hidden carbs because of the marinades they soak the meat in which can add sugar and other bad stuff.
Start by deciding what meat you want for your jerky – beef, pork, and chicken are popular options. Then check the labels of options available. Check the carb count and choose one that’s low carb.
My favorite jerky is People’s Choice Beef Jerky. It has no carbs at all, it tastes delicious, and it’s a great price! The hot and spicy flavor is amazing too!
Stryve beef jerky is also delicious, and I love that it comes in a variety 4 pack! The flavors taste great and make it easy to change things up to keep the snack from getting boring over time! There’s something for every taste in this variety pack.
Meat Sticks
Meat sticks are another great keto low carb snack choice that you have to be careful with. Just like with the jerky, there’s a lot of junk meat sticks out there with hidden carbs too.
There’s quite a lot of variety to choose from with meat sticks. Between meat and seasoning type, there’s a ton of options bound to suite everyone’s taste!
I like to stick to high quality meat sticks with natural flavors and no added sugars. I love the jalapeno Chomps beef sticks and my husband prefers the original flavor. Western’s Smokehouse also has a super mega variety pack with 10 different flavors that we love too!
Pre-cooked Bacon
Let’s face it – bacon is amazing. It tastes good by itself or on just about any food. Even the smell of bacon is irresistible!
I love to keep pre-cooked bacon on hand for an easy grab and go snack! I’ve never come across small bags of individual servings, so I just buy a big pack or pre-cooked bacon and make my own mini bags to keep in the pantry!
This bacon is delicious straight out of the bag – no need to heat!
Nuts
On the keto diet, not all nuts are created equal. Some nuts have quite a few carbs in them and should be heavily limited or avoided. It’s best to stick to nuts that have low carbs and high fats. This list of keto friendly foods details all nuts that are keto friendly.
Pre-packaged mini bags of nuts are super convenient for a “grab and go” option. These Blue Diamond Almonds “on-the-go” 100 calorie packs are about as convenient as it gets! If you prefer pistachios, these pre-shelled mini bags by Wonderful are a super convenient, no mess way to eat pistachios on the go!
Personally, I prefer to buy big bags of nuts and then make my own small packs. I just check the label for the serving size and weigh or count out that amount, then put them in a small resealable bag and store them in the pantry.
This method is awesome because I can make “mix bags” with a variety of my favorite nuts. I like to make bags with macadamia, almonds, and pre-shelled pistachios in them. When I make mix bags, I add 1/3 of a serving of each nut so that I don’t go overboard on calories or carbs!
Seeds
Small packs of seeds are another nice and simple option to keep on hand. Although there’s a decent amount of various seeds that are keto friendly, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are the friendliest to eat on their own.
You can opt for pre-packaged mini bags of sunflower seeds or mini bags of pumpkin seeds for the simplest option.
I typically prefer pumpkin seeds over sunflower seeds, and I tend to buy a big bag of them and make my own small bags (just like with the nuts).
A fun idea to mix things up is to make variety bags that have your choice of nuts and seeds. It’s like a keto friendly trail mix customized just to your liking!
Crunchy “Chip” Options for Keto Low Carb Snacks
My favorite snacks have always been salty and crunchy – mostly chips. Since all of the typical chips are super high carb and off-limits on the keto diet, you have to get a little creative when you want something crunchy.
Enter these super awesome pre-packaged “chip” options. They’re the perfect keto low carb snacks when you really want chips!
Quest Chips
Quest chips are super delicious and really hit the spot when you’re craving chips. They even have tortilla style chips! All of the flavors are great, but my personal favorite is the nacho cheese tortilla chips. They’re so yummy!
Cheese chips
Cheese chips are another popular option. There’s a few different flavors to choose from, and they’re all super yummy.
Whisps Cheese Crisps come in cheddar, Parmesan, and asiago and pepperjack flavors. They’re all delicious, but my favorite is the Asiago pepperjack! Get the variety pack and find your favorite!
FBomb Keto Crunch cheese crips are great too because they have unique flavors like chile limon and buffalo! I really like to dip the buffalo flavor chips in keto friendly ranch dip when I’m not on the go – it’s delicious!
Moon Cheese is another fantastic option for a crunchy snack. They’re more like cheese puffs because they’re not really flat chips and not quite a perfect ball shape. Anyway, whatever their shape, they’re still delicious! They have four flavors to choose from, and all of them are great!
Pork Rinds
Possibly the “original” go-to crunchy snack for keto low carb diets, pork rinds are amazingly delicious and versatile! They’re sturdy enough to dip in even the thickest of dips, and they come in a variety of flavors.
You can even crush them up and use them as breading for things liked fried chicken or breaded mozzarella sticks! For convenience, you can buy pork rind crumbs already crumbled up for this too!
I really like Utz pork rinds because you get a huge tub of them for a ridiculously good price, and they taste amazing! They also have some awesome flavors to choose from too, which keeps things interesting in the snack world!
Keto Friendly Crackers
The beauty of crackers is the multiple possible uses they have. You can eat them by themselves for a simple snack, dip them in delicious dips, or top them with so many different things to really change up the flavor. Crackers are a great platform for being creative with your keto low carb snacks!
Us keto dieters have to stay away from the typical crackers because of their crazy high carb count, but there’s a good amount of keto friendly crackers available too!
Paleo Thins are yummy by themselves (they have a sesame, peppery taste), but they also hold up in dip. I prefer to top them with a slice of pepperoni and cheese. There’s also a Parmesan flavor that’s tasty too!
Hu Paleo Crackers are also great, and they have a few different flavors to choose from. These are durable to dip or put toppings on, and they also taste great on their own!
Thinables Crackers are amazing too – they taste just like Cheez-Its! You can eat 30 crackers for 6 net carbs. Pretty awesome!
Cookies
Who doesn’t like cookies? They’re a delicious sweet treat that many find irresistible. There’s a few options for pre-packaged cookies that make a nice and easy, portable treat.
Quest cookies are delicious, but be careful with your the flavor you choose – each flavor has a significantly different amount of carbs. The peanut butter chocolate chip flavor has 5 net carbs and is a great choice that’s easy to fit into your daily carb allowance.
These mini cookies by HighKey are tasty and come in at 9 net carbs. If you’re really craving a sweet, these are nice to have on hand!
Chocolate
Dark chocolate makes for another great way to satisfy a sweet tooth. You can opt to eat a plain old dark chocolate bar – choose a high cocoa percentage for the lowest amount of carbs. Anything over 70% is good, but if you like the slightly bitter taste of 90%, you’ll save some carbs.
You can also eat cacao nibs to satisfy a chocolate craving. These delicious chocolaty morsels are actually chock full of iron, potassium, and magnesium, making them good for you!
It’s fun to add cacao nibs to your custom nut and seed trail mix too!
Choc Zero Keto Bark is another great option if you’re craving chocolate. There’s a few flavors to choose from and the net carbs are low on all of them.
Pre-packaged Bars
There’s a lot of pre-packaged bars available these days. But honestly, many of them are super high in carbs and loaded with sugars to the point that they border on being a candy bar.
That being said, it’s tough to overlook the convenience of bars for keto low carb snacks. I’ve found a couple bars that taste delicious, fit into keto macro requirements, and are also very portable.
If you’re in the mood for something savory, Epic bars has a big variety of meat bars that taste great. Read the labels, as each flavor has a different amount of carbs in it!
Epic also has sweet treat bars in a few flavors called Epic performance bars. My favorite is the peanut butter chocolate! And it’s pretty awesome – most of them come in at 2-3 net carbs!
Quest bars are another fantastic option. They have a ton of flavors to choose from, and all of them are 5 net carbs or less. I have a lot of favorites, but I love chocolate, so I tend to choose the chocolate mix up variety pack! This variety pack is great if you can’t decide on just one flavor to get!
If you’re looking for a bar that’s more like the traditional snack bars, try Atkins bars. There’s quite a few flavors, and they also come in at 5 net carbs or less.
These Atkins Snacks Caramel Chocolate Nut Rolls taste just like a chocolate turtle candy and make a great dessert or sweet treat!
Perfect Keto bars are another fantastic option. These bars taste amazing and many of the flavors have only 1 net carb! I really love the almond butter brownie flavor!
Drink Options for Keto Low Carb Snacks
Some people prefer to have drinks on hand when they’re out and about. It can be more convenient to drink a filling drink than to eat a snack.
If you prefer to drink your snack, all you really need to make this “on the go” friendly is to keep a bottle of water and a package of your drink mix with you.
Exogenous ketones BHB powder is a fantastic option, and it gives you the benefit of instant energy and helps to keep you in ketosis! There’s several flavor options available, so you’re bound to find a flavor you’ll love. The beauty of BHB powder is that it easily mixes into cold water, making it super quick and easy. I really like Dr. Boz’s BHB powder – the flavor is so delicious!
If you’re in the mood to grab a coffee while you’re out and about, try adding powdered MCT oil to it! This makes the coffee more filling and you an energy boost too! You can choose a flavor to compliment your coffee, or go with unflavored if you want your usual coffee taste. You can also add this to hot water. The matcha flavor is great for this if you like green tea!
You can also enjoy a super tasty instant keto coffee with this mix! Add it to hot or cold water for a quick coffee fix with a nice little energy boost while you’re on the go.
Low carb protein powder is an easy and tasty option, but keep in mind that it’s high protein and only a bit of fat, so only use this option if you have the extra protein in your macros to spare!
Try a Variety Pack
Not sure what to try first? Curious about a bunch of keto snacks but don’t know what to buy first? Try a keto variety snack pack! These handy dandy variety packs are great for trying out snacks you’re interested in. It’s also a great way to discover new keto low carb snacks!

17 Best Grab-N-Go Keto Snacks at Walmart
The ketogenic (keto) diet is high in fat, moderate in protein, and low in carbohydrate.
The breakdown of a keto diet is 70-80% of calories from fat, 10-20% of calories from protein, and 5-10% of calories from carbohydrates.
These restrictions in food choices on a keto diet can make shopping at grocery stores challenging and hard to find a snack that satisfies both your keto macros and taste buds.
When you are craving your favorite snacks like potato chips or chocolate chip ice cream, you want to be able to turn to a keto-friendly option.
After all, on your keto journey, you want to remain in ketosis and not get out of it from an offhand snack.
Thankfully, Walmart offers many keto snacks that are delicious, filling, and budget-friendly.
From low-carb grocery items to high-fat whipping cream, Walmart is one store with no shortage of things you can eat on keto, including snacks!
Whether you are looking for a cheesy, savory snack for your cocktail hours or portable sweets for your sweet tooth, Walmart has everything you need to satisfy your hunger, cravings, and keto macros.
Here is our keto snack shopping list for your next Walmart run!
3 Tips for Picking the Best Keto Snacks at Walmart
Look at the Nutrition Facts Label
Looking at the nutrition facts label is an important habit for picking the best keto snacks. Sometimes you may assume a food will be keto-friendly, but looking at the nutrition label will reveal what it is really made of nutritionally.
This is also where you can find out if a food provides fiber and minerals: two nutrients that can be lacking on keto diets.
If you want to stay in the keto guidelines, look for snacks that also fit into the guidelines of providing at or under 5-10% Daily Value carbohydrates.
As you grow in making your keto meal plans and managing your total carb intake for the day, you will also get more comfortable with looking at the grams of carbohydrates or net grams of carbs for how that fits in your daily goals.
Read the Ingredients
Looking at the nutrition label is the first step for picking keto snacks; reading the ingredients is the next step.
This can be especially important if you have any food allergies or avoiding any foods for other reasons.
This can tell you what sweetener a food uses (if appropriate) and if any questionable ingredients are sneaked into a food.
Add in a MIX of “No Label” Snacks
As you go through the aisles of the grocery store and checking your food packages, keep in mind many UNpackaged foods in the produce aisle can also be keto-friendly snacks.
Low carb vegetables such as cucumbers, celery, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, leafy greens, and green beans can be eaten on their own or paired with any of the below snack suggestions to make a healthy, filling snack.
Fruits like berries, apples, pears, or peaches can also be added, just keep in mind they are considered higher in carbs.

Last Word
Finding keto-friendly foods can be possible at Walmart and other grocery stores if you know what to look for. This list provides snack options that are low in carb, higher in fat, and can fit into a keto meal plan. In general, foods that are based on cheese, meats, and low carb vegetables make the best snack for keto.
On the contrary, snacks keto diet cannot have are higher carbohydrate foods like: bread, pasta, cereal, rice, cookies, crackers, and many other packaged foods.
As demand for keto foods grows, more foods will be marketed and made as keto-friendly.
Keep in mind many foods that do not have labels- like fresh fruits and vegetables- can and should be included in your keto meal plan.
If you have any questions about if a ketogenic diet would be right for you, consult your healthcare team first.

Walmart Grab and Go Low Carb Keto Items
Let others know what you found and save so you can find it again later!
These Walmart Grab and Go Low Carb Keto Items ideas will help when we are in a rush. The goal is to give you ideas so you can go in quickly, grab what you need and be on your way.
Let’s face it; even with the best of intentions and careful planning, sometimes we run out of time in the morning to pack our lunch or just forget to grab it on the way out the door.
Sometimes we are kept away from home longer than we planned and need to grab something.
Here is my disclaimer about this list; it is always best to eat real food.
It is best to prepare food ahead of time and have it ready.
For the times that is just not possible, this list will be a help.
There ARE ingredients in some of these items that we should not eat too often.
I went solely by carb counts when finding these.
Many of these are great; the canned meat, precut vegetables, hard boiled eggs, cheese, nuts, pickles, and olives are real food and ready to grab and eat.
I included the nutrition labels so you can see ahead of time whether it is something you want or not.
Most packaged foods will have ingredients that some may feel are fine and others won’t.
Every item here is not strict Keto. This is a low carb AND Keto post. Again-why the labels are included.
I have saved you from standing in the store to read every label. You are welcome. 🙂
Who has time for that, anyway?
These are items I found in my Walmart. Not every Walmart will have exactly the same things but it will be a good start of what to look for, anyway.
I chose Walmart because most have a Walmart nearby. If you don’t, your store may very well have at least some of these items.
Once again, you will have a good idea of where to start. I hope this is helpful!
Many of these would also be great to keep in your desk drawer or purse for when you need them!

One of the biggest drawbacks of the ketogenic diet is cravings. And a popular craving is that crispy, crunchy experience it seems only fried carbs can bring.
Chips and crackers aren’t keto-friendly, but these crunchy snack recipes are.

Crackers are a classic go-to snack, but they’re also typically a high-carb choice. These gluten-free, grain-free paleo herb crackers are a great substitution, and they’re easy to make. (Perfect for when you’re tired of parmesan cheese crisps.)
At only 4.3 grams of net carbs per serving, you can enjoy these crackers any time. Looking to drop the carbs even more? Try subbing the tapioca starch with coconut flour.
Kale Chips
Easy, crispy and crunchy, kale chips are the ultimate keto snack. (Move over, cheese crisps and pork rinds!) This easy recipe from Wholesome Yum not only gives a base recipe but also several additional variations to help you satisfy whatever chip craving you’re having.
All you have to do is chop your kale, toss with spices, olive oil and vinegar and bake. Before you know it, you have ready to eat chips at 4 grams of net carbs per 1/2 cup serving.
Keto Zucchini Nacho Chips
If you’re looking for a delicious keto snack, these zucchini nacho chips from Keto Adapted are for you.
All you need is keto taco seasoning and coconut oil for frying. They’re only 1.6 grams of carbs per serving.

Coconut cream pairs with cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa powder to create a complex, delicious flavor without the carbs. Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil provides a boost of energizing fat, making this a great low-carb treat to enjoy anytime.
Keto Chocolate Ice Cream
This chocolate ice cream keto snack recipe is made with quality fats like Bulletproof Grass-Fed Ghee, cacao butter and coconut oil.

17 Keto Snacks On The Go Ideas
17 Keto Snacks On The Go Ideas – Easy Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Snacks for on the road, run, work or late night. Sweet and savory snack ideas that require little to no preparation.
When you need keto snacks on the go, there are loads of incredibly easy options. In this post I’ll share some of my favourites that I’ve enjoyed throughout the past year while I’ve been following the low carb, ketogenic diet.
I like to keep things really easy. (Hence the name of my blog is Easy Keto Living!) So, you’ll see that these keto snacks on the go require little to no preparation whatsoever. Maybe just a little chop here or throwing ingredients into a lunch box to take on the go. But, for the most part these are easy grab and go low carb snacks.
1. Salami – sticks, chopped, or whole salami finds it’s way into a snack box more often than not. I always have some in the fridge and I make sure I buy more every week with my groceries to snack on.
2. Jerky – watch carefully for added sugars and hidden carbs, otherwise, jerky makes an excellent ketogenic savoury snack.
3. Dark Chocolate – a row or two satisfies your sweet tooth and is always easy to find when you’re out and about.
4. Nuts – almonds, macadamias and even pine nuts make a great protein rich low carb snack. Just make sure you exercise portion control because carbs can add up quickly with nuts.
5. Seeds – pumpkin and sunflower seeds are another great grab and go keto snack option.
6. Nut Butter – a packet of almond butter has saved me on a number of occasions! Enjoy straight from the packet or sandwich a couple of pieces of dark chocolate together with some nut butter. (You’ll thank me later!)
7. Avocado – a half or even a whole avocado is one of the most perfect keto snacks on the go. Just remember to pack a knife/spoon if you’re taking it out and about whole.
8. Strawberries – I’ve had 3-4 strawberries a day as a snack through most of my keto diet journey and look forward to the sweet treat each day.
9. Sliced Cucumber – I’ll often slice up a whole cucumber to take out to the park to share with my kids, it’s a snack the whole family loves.
10. Cherry Tomatoes – maybe I’ll pop a couple in with the cucumbers for a little pop of colour and flavour variation.
11. Pickles – the perfect low carb salty snack that’s wonderful enjoyed on it’s own or you could dip a couple of pickles into sour cream for an extra sour hit.
12. Tin of Tuna – perfect protein which you can add a dollop of healthy fats to make an instant tuna salad. I like to mix through either mayo, sour cream or even avocado oil. I have also been known to each tuna straight from the tin with the help of a take away fork!
If you’d like, you could even whip together a tuna salad lunch box with a tin of tuna and a few of the other items mentioned in this list. (I show you how here!)
13. Grated Cheese – it really doesn’t get any easier than buying ready grated cheese that can be used in any number of low carb, high fat ways. Even just enjoyed by the handful as a snack!
14. Brie – maybe not a whole wheel of brie, but a portion can make a delicious snack. Though, I have shared a whole wheel with my Husband in the past – so don’t feel bad if you have more than a small portion.
15. Boccocini – my Husband takes a tub of mini boccocini to keep in the fridge at work each week and snacks on them when he feels like it.
16. Leftover Meat/Chicken/Hard Boiled eggs – there are always leftovers lurking in my fridge which can be thrown into a lunch box to snack on while out and about.
17. Green Leafy Veg – it’s easy being green! Just enjoy greens on their own or simply topped with olive oil and salt if you want a snack but don’t feel like a whole salad of a meal.
So those are my 17 go to Keto Snacks which I enjoy on a regular basis. I hope you’ve found heaps of inspiration amongst these ideas!

Pork Skins: Of course, not all pork skins are created equal.Look for those without hydrogenated oils and additives.
Cheese Sticks – What do you like? Cheddar cheese? Mozzarella cheese? They have cheese sticks and individual portions of all kinds. Also the ones already wrapped in salami or ham are delicious for you too!
Cheese Fries – Tons of big brands offering crispy cheese sandwiches. We love the Whisps cello.
Salami – Buy a large stick or some small cuts.
Keto Bars – Continue with caution.I have yet to see a keto bar that is not made from any form of fiber syrup, and this often raises blood sugar levels. I have some on hand, but only for travel and only about half of one in one session.
Meat Sticks – Again, there are many great brands out there right now, but we really love Duke’s.
Nui Cookies – formerly Keto Kookies. This is the only pre-packaged cookie I have enjoyed so far.Still just one at a time to keep your carbs low.
Boiled Eggs – Many shops are already carrying them to follow you!
Seaweed Snacks – Many great brands again. They’re not overly full, but they are great when the appetizers come in.
Avocado – Just cut in half and eat with a spoon! Or buy pre-cooked guacamole and eat it with a spoon.
Jerky / Biltong – Be careful here.Lots of jerky have ridiculous amounts of sugar, so be a label reader and choose wisely. We love this traditional South African ayoba-yo biltong.
Primal Thin Crackers: The best keto cookies I’ve ever had so far. They actually stay crispy!
walnuts – All types. Walnuts, walnuts, almonds, alas! And macadamia nuts are like little fat bombs on their own. Cashew nuts are a bit on the carby side.Fortunately, walnuts can be bought just about anywhere.
Walnut Butter – All you need is a spoon! You can easily make your own sugar-free versions. And you can buy some great ones online these days. This Legendary Foods Pecan Butter is heavenly!
Sugar Free Chocolate – There are many great brands these days. I won’t go anywhere without my Lily!
Baked Bacon – Honestly, some of these things are just junk. But Nature’s Rancher sells small individual packs of its uncured bacon at Whole Foods. This is a good option in case of problems!
Celery Stalks – Grab the Ranch Sauce Bottle to dive into. Or just spread a little cream cheese.
Cucumber – Same treatment as celery.
Green peas – I only eat this one. They look like candy to me, but with about 5 grams of carbs per 1/2 cup, they are much healthier than candy!
Pumpkin Seeds – Fun, unique flavors from different brands.
Smoked Salmon – I can eat this straight by just putting the pieces in my mouth. But it’s also great with a little cream cheese and capers.
Tuna Pouches – There are some good flavors, just be sure to read the label to add carbs.
Pickles and olives – I like them spicy! Other pickled vegetables like green beans and cauliflower are excellent as well.
Am I missing something? What are your favorite keto snacks?

90,000 How to Organize a Party in an Hour – Rambler / Saturday
No matter why you are bringing guests together, lack of time can be a real disaster. But if you control a few important points, you don’t have to worry that there are not 15 dishes on the table, like your grandmother.
Go to the store
When you can’t cook, shop for snacks at the supermarket. Give special preference to crackers, cheese and wine. You can also bring some candles, small prize candies, spiced nuts and colorful plastic cups.Take some cans of canned fruit that can be added to alcohol. For example, a couple of pineapple slices to classic champagne will give it a delicate aroma and help keep it cool. You can add a touch of style to simple cupcakes by sticking a toothpick with a wish sign in each, or sprinkle the entire box with edible sheen. Emphasize variety over quantity to surprise everyone in the room and give you something new to try.
Prepare materials for the theme evening
If you are not going on the occasion of a birthday, but just to watch a show together, you can arrange a comic sweepstakes. For example, if you are going to watch the Eurovision ceremony or even the Oscar, print out a list of all the contestants and invite all guests at the entrance to indicate whose victory they expect.
Set up the atmosphere
Put the snacks from the packages onto the dishes, mixing them together. If you plan on making cocktails, garnish the edges of the glasses with salt. Make sure that everyone is comfortable with napkins, and also free up as many places as possible to sit or lean on. Do not forget to turn on cheerful music to tune yourself and those who come first.Popular music services will help you find a great playlist for both a dance party and a comfortable get-together.
Keep track of what is in the house
Make sure you have enough toilet paper and soap, and remember that you will need a lot more than you think. You might even need clean towels if someone spills a cocktail on themselves. Arrange the snacks in different places and don’t try to fit them all on one table in the living room. People will constantly move from place to place and change circles of communication, and at the same time they will try everything that you have.
Remember that you are doing this for yourself.
With all your preparations, try not to forget that your party is not a job, but a great way to spend the evening. If you don’t like cooking, provide simple snacks. Avoid games – turn on the music louder! Choose only what you really want to do this evening, because your friends will start having fun only after you become comfortable yourself.
In fact, you don’t need to make the perfect evening and surprise your guests every minute.People remember only a few things: the first and last five minutes of the party, as well as one of the brightest moments of the evening. If you think about these three key points, your party will be amazing.
First impression
Remember a situation that has probably happened to you more than once: you ring the intercom, the door opens, you find the floor you need, the door is ajar – but no one is on the threshold. Where to hang the jacket, there are no loose hooks here? Which room should I go to? What if I don’t know anyone there? When we worry about making a first impression on a new person, we watch how we look and what we say.Why not check out the first impression of the party? Make it easy for people to find their way. Leave a sticker at the entrance, send instructions on how to get into the house in advance, offer to meet those who do not know the way. Designate a welcome area. If there are too many guests, you can even write a humorous note “take off your shoes and jacket, take the cookies from the cup and go straight and left!” So as not to constantly stand at the door. Provide food and drinks. When people hold something in their hands, they feel much lighter and more at ease.Offer chilled cider in summer or hot cocoa in winter for a little more comfort on the street. Make a comic menu. If there are several dishes, you can invite guests to read a list of everything they can expect, at the same time whet their appetite. Ideal: a simple chalk board from Ikea, on which your photographs usually gather dust.
The biggest mistake people make when putting together a party is thinking that guests will enjoy doing the same thing all evening. Even if you have themed get-togethers to celebrate the release of the new “Avengers”, break the party into small blocks, and not just throw a movie marathon with snacks. There should be at least one “peak” event during the evening: a special meal, shooting a funny video, an unusual experiment – anything that people won’t expect. Do not forget to introduce guests to each other and involve as many participants as possible in the process. Set up fun contests, like during a toast, and offer to find the person who just got a new tattoo or got a promotion yesterday. This always causes a lot of discussion, and at the same time helps everyone get to know each other better.
Leaving the event
When several guests leave the evening at once, it is likely that on the way they will discuss what happened at the very last moment at your visit. That is why pay attention to the impression the farewell made on them. Don’t encourage leaving in English. There is nothing worse than staying at a party longer than you want to, because you don’t want to offend the guests. It is even worse if the hostess insists that everyone should sit for as long as possible. Mark the framework in advance: there will be lunch soon, then dessert, and then you can relax. Delhi into stages. Even if you play one game, there is always the opportunity to say “round is over, one minute break”, so people can easily seize the moment to say goodbye. If possible, pack a few pieces of dessert for your guests with you, so that in the morning they will again remember your wonderful culinary skills.
After the party
It’s time to take care of yourself: do not forget to wash before going to bed, remove perishable food and soak dishes. If you drank a lot, take ibuprofen before bed, and in the morning do a few simple asanas to calm your body.
